Easy to use and got my results quickly

Perfect service!

Instructions were clear, the sample was taken for posting. I had mail to say the company had received the sample the following day. Later that day I received my result. Although I wasn’t required to take they test, I thought it beat as we had received the kits. Best safe than sorry.

Results within 4 hours of test arriving at lab. Fab service and great customer support who are easy to get hold of over the phone. Reassuring customer support as well.

My return sample was delayed by Royal Mail but when I called the staff member was very helpful in tracking it down and reassuring, it then arrived the next day and was tested and confirmed quickly. Thank you. But if a wait on the phone but understandable

Did not receive result of fit to fly test for over 48hrs. Had to pay for separate 45min test at airport.
