I was extremely stressed by the 48 hour restrictions on taking the test and getting your certificate, and that I wouldn’t get my results back in time, but they came back within just over 24 hours. Great communication. Would really recommend this company if you need a fit to fly test.

You have to select 'Fit to Fly' even if you want a general PCR test (I phoned to check). I bought the test from Boots online and didn't have a booking reference to enter, but once 'Fit to Fly' is selected, the booking reference becomes 'optional', so it can be left blank. Obviously, I left all the flight details blank! You can amend the details submitted until your test is received by the company. I posted my test about 12.30pm on a Tuesday and received an email at 09.17am the following day (Wednesday) to say it was in the lab! The 'negative' result arrived a few hours later at 13.05pm. Perfect! Thank you.

We used this service before our P & O cruise from Malta. Ordered and picked up from the local Lloyds Pharmacy. Checked everything and instructions very clear. Did the test and got confirmation within two hours. Would definitely recommend and use again.
