A very quick result and I was informed when my test kit arrived at the lab.

After an initial anxiety provoking experience, fortunately all ended well. I purchase two fit to travel antigen tests for my husband and me, and as we followed the instructions, by this point being very experienced performing lateral flow tests, we panicked as we my husband’s test came out completely blank, no lines at all! The cartridge was clearly defective, and with only 24 hours to fly we thought we were doomed! I called MyHealthChecked and spoke to Matt, and by chance asked if I could use a LFT kit Inhad at home, from the same makers as MHC was using and he accepted and uploaded the results! As mentioned it all ended up well due to chance and Matt being helpful and brilliant!

We were really happy with the price of the tests, which was a big reason we chose MyHealthChecked, that and they were on the approved gov list. It was a very quick service, picked up the tests from our local pharmacy one day after ordering (click and collect). The forms were clear, just be aware that you can only test between certain times. My husband planned to do it in the evening before our morning flight, but it stated clearly on the form the results can’t be verified after 6pm on weekdays and would instead be processed the next day. That wasn’t an issue at all because we had checked, but just be aware of this because if we did not check we would have missed our flight the next day as the results would not have been available in time. Anyway, we did the tests in the afternoon and the results came through within an hour. Other than it not being 24/7 service (which I am sure more expensive sites may offer, if needed), I have absolutely no complaints. Very happy with the service all in all.

MyHealth Checked Fit To Fly Lateral Flow Tests arrived promptly, and they were easy to use. I felt they represented good value. The sample is fine for an hour, so you have an hour between taking the sample and starting the test. (For example I had to go to my children’s school and took their sample to bring home!) Once you upload the details eg name etc, you have to watch the 2 minute video (even if you’ve watched it 4 times already that afternoon!) and you then have to upload the photo of your test after at least 15 minutes. That means that you can only do one at a time on one email address / login (so when you have 4 to do before 3pm you need to start them at about 1pm!). The company closes at 5pm, so if you’re flying early the next morning you have to upload them by 3pm to allow 2 hours for them to be checked. Though I got the results much quicker than that.

I found the instructions of the test easy to follow and once I had done the test and sent it by email it came back negative within the 2 hours brilliant

Kits came quickly, all worked as they should, and when l phoned up for information a human answered the phone and explained everything clearly. No issues with results, all within the 2 hour promise. Happy overall !

Terrible. Do not book a 48hr test through this company. Not if you need the results within 48hrs. Ended up having to get another test from somewhere else! We got our results on day 2 of our holiday, useless. Sent the tests off on Saturday morning as our flight was monday morning, sample had to be within 48 hours. They didnt even get the tests back to them untill monday afternoon and then the results issued on the Tuesday.
