Over all the online experience was sketchy, from entering details to signing in after. I needed a general test for an employer but those aren’t available now, how could I possibly know that?! I went ahead with the e pages to see what was possible and activated my test without really knowing, had no option to do a password so had trouble signing f in for my result. Went through the motions without knowing if it was ok. When it came to changing my password the option doesn’t actually work in the sign in section. Two phone calls and poor customer service, where my concerns were not valuable even though it was just info so you guys could improve.

I was nervous about the whole process of ordering the correct kit and at what time to do the test. The whole ordering process was simple and the instructions on how to carry out and return the test was very clear. Would definitely recommend and would certainly order from them again.

Lab processing time was very quick once the sample arrived at the facility. Email notice was efficient.
