Felt the appointment was a bit rushed and sometimes found it hard to fully understand what was being said as I didn't feel it was explained very clearly. Also the person whom I spoke with was VERY casually dressed and did not look at all "professional" like most legal professionals usually do! Also think the charges for services like a will re-write when only very small changes are required is too high.
