I found all individuals assisting us in the process to be very friendly. I did however have a serious disengagement with the delays in communication and response rate. My phone calls were seldom answered, and my emails frequently not replied to. My solicitor was on annual leave several times throughout the process at points where time was of the essence, and I wouldn't find out until receiving an out of office reply. If repeating the process, I'd be grateful as a client for more transparency, as I was often left scratching my head as to what was happening. The use of terminology and legal terms often gave me the significant impression that it was being done to avoid me understanding things, giving more leeway for my solicitor to deal with things on their timescale, not mine.

Think long & hard before using this company.. They claim they will fight yr case even if you only have 50/50 chance of winning... However, the reality is they don't want yr case unless it's 100%... They will go out of their way to put loopholes & stumbling blocks in the way of yr case rather than putting the spadework in to make yr case stronger..
