It seems that covid is providing the perfect excuse for Graysons to use for their poor service regarding my late father in laws Estate. We have had to constantly chase Laura up for updates. At one point, we called and were advised she needed more information from us - yet Laura hadn't attempted to actually contact us to request the information. Correspondence is apparently in the post, but then when it arrives, has a post date clearly showing it was never in the post when stated. 2 years on and still waiting for probate to be completed. Add losing an original document to the list and I suggest you avoid considering Graysons for any legal needs.

Katie Birch came to my home address to sort out my lasting power of attorney. She was very professional in her manner and talked me through every step of setting up the power of attorney. she was friendly and made the whole meeting very relaxed. I took advantage of the wonderful October Free Wills month (highly recommended!) and met up with the lovely Alicia, who guided me through the process of making my will. She explained everything clearly and made the process very easy. Admittedly, mine is not a complicated will, but I would have every confidence in her even it it were. She was knowledgeable and very professional, as well as friendly and engaging. I have made a proper will at no cost except a donation to Guide Dogs for Blind, which will come out of my estate when the time comes. Great idea!!
