Call center are no help at all

Applied. Waited about half an hour, it still said it was processing. The information on their site said "the vast majority of applications will be processed in 30 minutes." After 3/4 of an hour I went onto their live chat. The representative could not help me with a time-frame. In the end I checked several times, and after THREE HOURS of waiting I decided enough was enough, and asked the representative to cancel my loan application. I give them 2 stars for having a fast cancellation process, but they took far too long when I needed money then and there.

24 hour availability is brilliant, needed a loan at about 4 in the morning and applied and was approved within minutes, the fact you can have a chat with customer service online without paying to call them up and be put on hold for ages is really good, and the representatives are really helpful, managed to pay back my loan early in stages (as I get paid weekly) and this led to a huge decrease in the amount I had to pay, I think I only paid about 15 pounds interest on a 150 pounds loan, which was a lot less than I expected! I've always been afraid of loan companies, having never gotten a loan out before, but after this experience with quick quid I will definitely be using them again if I ever need to! :)

prompt and efficient service, no hidden charges for early pay off, they only charge for the interest accrued from the day after your loan goes into your account. Will use again If I need to.

Its been almost 4 days to get a response/ result for a 200£ loan request even after submitting all the requested documentation ! Had to contact customer care to cancel the loan request as I did not want my credit rating to go down by multiple credit checks. I acquired double the amount hassle free from an another lender within minutes. We usually apply for pay day short small amount loans to meet unexpected quickly required money ... having to wait 4 days for approval is not acceptable as I could not try a different lender as they wouldn't even inform if am getting the loan or not. Many months back I had borrowed 450.00 and duly paid back on time with interest and when I applied a lesser amount a few months after it got declined although all the conditions and criteria remained the same !! I never got a satisfactory reply when I queried this.

Quianna has been the most helpful representative so far, apart from when she put my account into hardship status without asking me first, as it turned out, this didn't need to happen, which I found it very insulting as I have never been in financial hardship. Every other experience I have had when I have needed to contact quickquid has been utterly appalling. I think you clearly need to re evaluate how you treat your custom, especially those who are willing to pay quickquid everything that they owe, as you already charge a ridiculous amount of interest. Balance out the cons with some pros, the pros being, better customer service and better options for customers. When this loan is paid off, I will not be returning to quickquid.

I never had a problem because I always pay back on time. I was helped out of tricky situations with their help. But horror stories can occur if you are silly enough to take money you can't pay back. They will be after you. Customer service is excellent actually very friendly and polite and always help you out with a nice discount code if you ask nicely. Online chat is helpful. I like them😉 but it's an expensive service 💵💷

I found QuickQuid to be very helpful, a clear cut view on how the loan would work and simple steps on how to proceed. I managed to get a small loan from quickquid when no other company would and I am very grateful it has helped me get by to pay day. Also the 24/7 availability is superb.

After contacting them and informing them of a temporary hardship the company tell me that i am now in hardship status and no payment will be taken, however come payday and payment was taken leaving me short for my rent, contact company and they say they will try to refund but cannot promise anything and i will be contacted today by e-mail to be told whether or not i get a refund, it seems that hardship status means "never mind we will take the money anyway"

Needed an extension on my payment after being declined for an extension. Customer service representative on live chat was very helpful and reviewed my options with me before putting me on a payment plan that helped for my situation. Was also very understanding of my circumstances and I didn't feel like I was simply talking to a computer.

I have used this company for years and I haven't had a problem. I keep within their rules, which is sensible, and I find their help invaluable. I have 2 very old cats and one very young poorly cat. My Vet bills are unpredictable, but always very high! By being a QuickQuid customer I know that I can agree to life saving treatment at the Vets and pay it back at a later date. It really has been worth its weight in gold to me. Please use this company and have no worries about it, just stay within their rules and pay back on time and everything will be ok for you.

The early repayment was so simple. Talked to a rep on the live chat and paid early within 5minutes. awesome if you need a helping hand before payday!

It was 5:50 am when i started a live chat with the quickquid team and im deligthed to know they answered me as quickly as they can.

Getting loan was very simple but shortly afterwards unauthorised payments started to come out of my daughters account making her overdrawn. When she rang her bank they asked if she had ever taken a loan out and when she said yes from quickquid they said they were responsible for these payments. Bank reimbursed her. She paid off loan immediately and cancelled the card the company have details of. Went on live chat to ask how this happened. Lady sent sincere apologies then disconnected . Keep well away and watch your bank account

Had a difficult month and needed a little extra cash to make sure me and my family were secure, it was incredibly easy to go through the application process with an instant decision that meant we didn't have to stress or worry. Then when I was in a position to pay the money back I found the rate was cheap and the support in early repayment was very helpful. The only constructive criticism I could provide is not being able to find a way to make the early repayment on the website so had to go through the live chat. Although in saying that the live chat was easy to use and supportive. Thank you.

I had to get a short term loan to pay off some bills until my next pay packet came in. I was a little short as I had been off work for four months with heart failure and only receiving SSP. Without this loan my bills would of gone unpaid causing my credit rating to get worse. I repaid 30 days early and was surprised at the cheapness of it and the quickness. Highly recommended
