They fool you into thinking the grid they show you is what you will be paying when in actual fact they continue to take a further £30 a month out of your account. The only way to stop it is pay off your outstanding balance (if you can afford it! and who can? this is why we're here in the first place!)

I was a customer since 2010 , never missed a payment always paid on time then suddenly in 2015 my credit file was showing missed payments overdue accounts , this is after they had sent my email that my monthly payment was 0.00 for that month as i had paid enough interest to cover that month, they blocked my email address when i tried to complain started getting random text messages about my financial hardship pulled my loan off for no apparent reason . On a different occasion played a test on 3 customer services agents I tried 3 times to pay off a loan and was given 3 different amount and one customer services operative try to charge me a extra £200 on my loan for one day interest , it was only when i made reference to financial ombudsman that over night my account returned to normal since closed my account , made me feel like a criminal and was really stressed out by the whole matter . My advise to you is stay well clear of these people , They don't know what they are doing , they are a total joke its no longer about customer needs its just how much they can get out of you shame on you Quickquid , Lets just hope enough people stop using them and they go under .

Took a payday loan out with QuickQuid. Not had any problems, it was convenient fast cash I needed urgently at the time and they approved me.. they saved my day that morning. If am honest I wouldn't use them again simply because it doesn't look good on a credit report but overall they are ok. Thanks QuickQuid

Started using their bogus flexi-credit option and realised Quick Quid are robbing hard working people like myself with their irate, unjustifiable interest rates. If you phone their customer services team after 8pm, you may get transferred to some person in the states. I will never use again. The small amount of money on offer is not worth the fees added. Quick Quid are not fair in their business practises.

I have been using this service for 4 years and not had a problem in requesting more funds, however recently they have been refusing, never have I missed a payment... Normally paid in full months before it's due date. " thanks for being a valued customer " ( not anymore) Disappointed!

I wanted to repay my loan early and did have difficulty when I tried to phone. I used "live chat" and it was so easy and quick to arrange this change. Many thanks again to Richard. I have been a customer with QuickQuid for some time now and always find them quick and efficient. Would recommend their services.

I have used Quick Quid in the past and paid off my loans. I had gotten into a little trouble about 3 years ago but eventually sorted myself out. Today I logged onto my account and and was immediately greeted with a message saying that my loan application has been declined. I hadn't made a loan application so how can it have been declined? I feel that, as I had trouble repaying my last loan three years ago, I have been placed onto a blacklist and will be blocked for any loan from QQ forever. Please yourselves, I don't care. They are now on my blacklist and I will never bother them again for a loan. DON'T USE QUICK QUID, EVER! Goodbye.

my third loan from this company,have built up great trust with them,and have always paid off early,which gives me a huge reduction in fees. they are helpful,and most of all fast in paying out the loan. they also encourage to pay some or all of the loan if you have spare money,and in turn,give a great reduction,as its calculated by the day. in my books,they are the best short term lenders in the uk. i really cant fault them,saved me a lot of worry over bills. Tara on live chat is incredibly helpful. thankyou guys

Quick Quid always help me out when I am stuck. They have very good polite customer service and always resolve any problems or queries I have. They allow you to pay back early which reduces the cost or will help you out with an extension if you are struggling. Today I E-Chatted with Darlene and she was very helpful.

But when I spoke to a representative by the name of Richard today (06/02/2015) I was extremely pleased with the service he provided me.
