My Wife and I booked a getaway at a hotel in Myrtle Beach with our children. We expected to have a room with double beds upon arrival to our hotel, but found out quite the opposite! The front desk assistant informed me that we had been booked for a room with a King size bed. I told the person that was incorrect, and that we needed a room with 2 beds. He said that we should contact the third party company (Vacation Offers) we booked with to have them make the changes, and when we tried to call them, we could not get through because it was after 5pm on a Friday. Why a company like this does not have an after hours number to handle after hours concerns beats me, it only shows how unprofessional they are!! What makes all this worse is that today when I did call and speak to an agent, that person told me that they could not issue a refund because they already paid the hotel for the room. They disregarded the fact that they wrongfully booked a family of 4 into a room with 1 king bed. And that I had to sleep on the floor on that first night. Very shady and crooked behavior, they refused to make the situation right!! On top of all this, no one from their company was at the 9am presentation the next day!!! Stay away from vacation offers. This is truly a Utah scam!!!!!!! JS

I had an amazing experience with my representative Lanette. Everything was a bit overwhelming and questionable but she assisted me with my questions. She took her time with me and I appreciate service as hers. She also wasn’t feeling well & did not allow that to prevent her from going the extra mile. I am happy with my Rep. Thank you

Not all relevant details were provided the salesperson. Ex., mandatory presentation is at a different location from the chosen hotel and a $300 fee is charged if not attended. The number of hotels available for reservations was not really adequate, and additional fees, taxes, parking charges were not disclosed as they should have been. Not thrilled at this point. We’ll see how it turns out.

This is a complete scam! First of all, after charging you for the supposed offer, they tell you that you have to attend a 90-minute meeting or else they will charge you $300 (in said meeting they offer you travel packages, I lost almost 3 hours of my vacation on that because for not buying they made me pretend I didn't attend and they charged me the $300 anyway). When I arrived at the hotel my reservation never appeared and it didn't exist since they never made it; to appear responsible they told me that they found my reservation but that due to a communication error they had made it for me in another hotel totally different and inferior to the one requested and a room totally different than the one requested. In short, a total scam. Esto es una completa estafa! En primer lugar luego de cobrarte la supuesta oferta, te dicen que tienes que asistir a una reunión de 90 minutos o sino te cobran 300$ (en dicha reunión te ofrecen paquetes de viajes, perdí casi 3 horas de mis vacaciones en eso ya que por no comprar me colocaron cómo que no asistí cobrándome igualmente los 300$). Al llegar al hotel mi reservación nunca apareció y no existía ya que nunca la hicieron; para quedar cómo responsables me dijeron que encontraron mi reserva pero que por un error de comunicación me la habían hecho en otro hotel totalmente diferente y inferior al requerido y una habitación totalmente diferente a la requerida. En fin estafa total
