Didn’t explain that you need to do a 90 min presentation until after booking. It wasn’t easy to see this is a scam

First mistake was believing in a complete stranger over the phone. This guy David Atler told me a bunch of lies end up paying $499 for a “travel package” but first had to go to a timeshare presentation. If you don’t go to the presentation they will charge an extra $300 ok I went to the presentation and did the 4 days reservation. End up paying $200 for extra fees. After the 4 hours times share presentation with others thousands of promises “see the timeshare review and BBB for any of those companies to see all the negative reviews. Ok now to access the travel package it’s all hidden fee like $75 reservation fee for a $70 fly trip, resort fee $50 per day and the list goes on and on. Worst money expense. Also need to send a request paper by mail to get the perk if still available.

I guess my file and resent me my information to my email and educated me on how everything works. I have to say, Olivia sets a standard of benevolence, patients, and, professionalism in her job she absolutely made my day knowing that I have everything on my email, Olivia also for-sherd me if I had any other questions in the future please let her know. At September 19 I booked a 2 night stay with VacationOfffer The offer was $99.- but my credit card was charged 3 times. I had several chat contacts but no result. So I blocked in consultation with my credit card organisation the two extra ( and future) charges on my credit card. At arrival the hotel reception (Alexis Resort) was surprised because there was no reservation. Later it appears that VacationOfffer made the reservation for 26-28 November instead of 26-28 September. But it was changed. Friday 27 September (my wife and) I attended at 12:00 the meeting with the presentation. It takes 1.5 hours. Later in the afternoon I discovered that VacationOfffer tried to debit my Visa card for $1050,00. When I asked why the reply was that we didn’t attend the meeting. When I said that I made pictures to prove my attendance they became more friendly. But no sorry for the attempt to debit my creditcard so many times! Olivia helped me and she was the best, heard everything I needed and delivered with a positive attitude. Hope I get her again when we book our cruise!

Considering all the lies we had to filter through from the presentation, we finally got someone who was expert enough to help us. Nanette you did a good job sorting through the horrific messes we encountered, keep up the good work and the attitude you exhibited having to save face for the company.

Both people I dealt with today were knowledgable and helpful. They told us truth so we could make good decisions. The man who helped with our Nauvoo reservation helped get the reservation to happen and at a lower price than I had anticipated!

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. I told someone on the phone earlier re the NoShow at the Infinity Vacations "window", and understand you were aware of difficulties with that deal. I expected, because of an earlier phone conversation, to take the "Tour", receive the PAID FOR cruise and airline voucher/tickets there at the "window." Nope. I have to generate them, print them out and complete them here. I appreciate having until October 14th to do so; however, I have a "glitch" with my PC and Printer. Is it possible, please, for you to MAIL to me those forms that I can complete and thus have secured this cruise & the airline tickets. (This was the "sold!" point for me, back in March when I bought, and Paid for the "Vacation Offers". Please reply ASAP.

als Ausländer sind die Bedingungen schwierig zu verstehen und eine Buchung macht wenig Sinn Bei Nichtteilnahme am Meeting werden 300 USD der Kredikarte belastet. Diese wurde uns aber nach Teilnahme an der Infoveranstaltung wieder gutgeschrieben. Ansonsten macht das Buchungssystem zumindest für USA und Kariburlaube einen guten Eindruck zumindest wenn es oft genutzt wird da die hohe Aufnahmegebühr erstmal wieder durch Einsparungen bei Buchungen reinkommen muss
