My family kept changing their mind about where they wanted to go. Your staff were extremely helpful in guiding me to the right resort and changing things at my request, and then having to change them back. Very pleasant, professional, and efficient.

This is a SCAM! We Attended a 90 minute presentation 8/12/24 in Vegas on Flamingo Blvd. They charged us a $300 NO SHOW FEE, while we were AT the 90 minute presentation. They play it off like they made an honest mistake & not to worry. Three weeks later my bank is still waiting for them to respond ! Customer service is a joke, It’s all a SCAM. Down to the fast talking, vacation dream selling, swindling lady giving the presentation. Beware & Check your Accounts for $300 NO SHOW charges before you leave the presentation!

I have called a few times and find that your customer service reps have told me conflicting information or have not been very nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received today from Carris.

I loved my stay at the Westgate property in Florida. Very nice accommodations. The walk through wasn't bad at all like I anticipated. My kids enjoyed it we were even provided a shuttle to the parks. All through our trips the staff was more than accommodating to us. I have more than one vacation I purchased with this company. I will absolutely be using them again!

Was told during presentation that I could book houses in OBX, receive 70,000 points and that the points could be used to cover the full cost of trip. None of this has turned out to be true. Called concierge to book house in OBX and was told they do not have these on their site. Asked about the 70,000 points and was promised bt one that they would be added, then another said they do not give points. Even if I had points, I was told you can not use them to cover the full cost only a small fraction. We specifically said the only reason we would join would be if the points would cover the full cost of our trips. They say in here they will contact but will not. Have emailed their support with no answer. Asked in our email conversations to talk with a manager , but would not connect me. Looks like some of the positive reviews are fake i.e. muliple for this company by the same person.

We picked the Luxor but that was a mistake. Not your fault but it was the worst Hotel I ever stayed in in Vegas. The elevators (8) we had to use 5 didn’t work properly. 3 wouldn’t take us up to our room and 2 wouldn’t take us down. The sink in our room wouldn’t drain and it took them 61/2 hrs to get to our room to fix it. Also took housecleaning to call twice and us 3 times. Then the following morning it did it again! I shaved half my face and it filled up, took until that evening to get fixed. The show we saw (Carrot top) was great

We really enjoyed the performance, such a talented group. MJ was exceptional with his interactions with the crowd, especially with one young boy who asked for his neck chain, to which he gave the boy, who was almost in tears. Then during Billie Jean he has the boy and his brother sing with him He was so kind. Great show, I would see it again.

Liz was great!! Checked hotel options for multiple dates and gave date suggestions. Really appreciated Liz patience while trying to find travel dates.

My trip was wonderful. I had a nice time in Las Vegas. Now if you only clear up the charges you charged to my credit card. They were duplicate charges for my trips that i agreed to buy. You charged me twice, $398.00, and $300.oo or so and $1,000.00 or more. Please correct these charges on my credit card ending in 5857 and I'll be a happy camper. I pray all of my trips are on my email like I was told at the presentation and when I bought the package. If not I'll be in touch. Thank you for your help in these matters. My review is a -10, not even a 1 star! I am a professional and an avid traveler. I purchased this vacation club because they put in my contract that I could use my $4000, purchase price as "travel credit" toward my next trip. I clarified that I could use it for hotel (or weekly rental) and airfare and rental car. They assured me yes so I purchased KNOWING I was spending that money anyway on my next trip, so why not give them a try. SCAMMM! RUNNN! Now they have CHANGED their tune and say that I have $4000 in "Hotel Points". My contract has no limitations or exclusions whatsoever. THEY LIED!! When I go to reserve a hotel stay, it only allows me to use a limited number of points ($200 ONLY for a $2500 weekly room) If I upgrade my room to a higher priced room, the $points I can use GO DOWN! I have called Nannette four times and she is not calling me back. The previous lady on the phone, said to me "Nanette can't do anything for you anyway. Her calling you won't change your points." I WILL get my hard earned money back. Thank God I used a fraud protection credit card - they will get me a chargeback. BTW - the reviews on here are FAKE. Oh and the wonderful concierge service they have? Those people are in INDIA and don't even know about the places to travel. Very hard to understand their accents and broken English. They are not a concierge, they are only able to tell you how to search on their website. WHAT A JOKE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Oh and when I was actually comparing hotels prices, airfare and rental cars, there wasn't a savings. ANOTHER LIE!!! ITS NOT A VALUE in any way - JUST A PAIN and a SCAM!

This is a scam I go to Vegas a lot somebody hacked me I called the hotel Rio I told them I am a card member in Vegas if you spend there buy a card it’s comp room I showed these fraudsters the truth I only pay resort fees at the Rio if I chose to stay there how Vegas works if yo I go get there spend money rooms Cost 10 to 25.00 those deals with taxes you will pay on average with resort fees 70 to 75.00 a night the resort fees is expensive I go there very cheap did not noon with them they threaten me by email saying they will charge me 300 bucks and other fees what they don’t know in any court room I’m a card member at Rio Las Vegas I only pay resort fees I contacted the Rio they did book the room so I put a block on them meaning they can’t charge any amount of money Rio told me to do this you can’t cancel because it was booked by them but you can get protected they will switch it when I arrive on my card for points I told them I can’t stay until Monday rio offered me help with my plane ticket and was willing to get me out Sunday help me out so I get home for work on Monday although I don’t want to go never booked it they are very nasty people who use illegal tactics reported to consumer affairs I reported them to Las Vegas pd and courts for not cooperating I’m stuck with the room can’t get out of it but a block on additional charges by them on my card they can’t charge me anything more but I’m stuck with the room my flight was on July 5th but not it be the 6th
