The representative I talked with about the "free gift" lied. This is a scam. Do NOT go unless you want to waste your time!

Well, to start, it's always nice to hear a pleasant voice, and Samantha was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional . I could not ask for anything more .

I had an awful experience dealing with Carissa in customer service 30 minutes ago. My husband and I signed up just two days ago in Las Vegas, believing that the bonus points we were promised could be used like cash at any time when booking. However, when we tried to book, we found out only a small percentage of those points could be applied per booking. Feeling misled, I called to inquire about canceling the contract due to this key term not being made clear during the sales presentation. Carissa was not only unhelpful, but also downright rude and unprofessional. She said that the contract is non-revocable and cannot be changed. So I said the only recourse is to file legal action? To which she responded, if that’s what you want to do. When I mentioned that the benefits really sounded good but for the issue with the points, she dismissively said, "Then I don’t know what the issue is!" as if my frustration wasn’t valid. She then kept talking over me as I was explaining my concerns, rattling off the supposed benefits of the membership, without addressing the actual problem. When I asked her to stop and listen, she snapped back, “I already listened to you.” This lack of empathy and professionalism from Carissa shows that once you sign the contract, they simply don’t care. Every state has rescission laws for contracts, and I will be consulting a professional on this. While the sales staff during the presentation were convincing, the misinformation during the presentation and this experience with customer service leaves me feeling scammed. My advice? Stay informed, read all reviews, and ask tough questions before signing anything. Bargain for the lowest price on membership. This company seems more interested in selling you something than actually supporting you after the fact.

We attended their Vegas presentation on Sept 19, 2024. We turned down their offer and they didn’t provide the gifts as promised. I don’t trust them

They offer "cheap" travel packages but the amount you pay goes to them, because when I arrived at the hotel I paid almost the full amount. Then there was a tour, which is actually a lecture to sell travel packages, I had to go thanks because in the lowercase clauses they say if the person doesn't go they have to pay $300, and they discount it right away. They seem nice, they only seem so, because after I commented on their networks about it, they blocked me so that other people wouldn't see it so that they could continue making fools of other people, and they even kicked me out for the comment I made on Facebook and Instagram, but even my credit card detected them as a possible "Fraud". I will continue to comment on the truth about them so that other people do not fall for the lie. I was at the place they mentioned, I even took a picture, but when I arrived it wasn't a tour, but a company that wants to offer travel services. They say they are one thing but they are another. And the hotel they said was a gift, I had to pay for, and they still charged me $300 because I wrote a review at the same time that it wasn't a tour but a company that wants to sell. They didn't give me my money back and they even blocked me on social media for writing a review about what they really are.
