I had contacted you representative and told them I would not be arriving do to my spouse health issues. They were very unprofessional and not even understanding. Told me there is no refunds and they will still charged my card. Don't use them. They are a scam!!!

United States | 03 August 2024Do not use this company. This has been a bad experience & I was given the run around after being promised certain things. 1. The original deal was for Park MGM Grand. I received a call saying that they had given my room away. So they offered me The Strat. Attie then offered my an Elite King Room at the Strat plus $200 meal ticket for Pampas Steakhouse. I call the Strat to make sure things were good to go. They stated that they did not have me down for an Elite King Room that was promised to me by Vacation Offer. So I call Vacation Offer to see why this was not taken care of. The female representative that answer the phone was snappy & rude as hell. She stated she would take care of the issue & I gave have my number to call me back when it was corrected. I never received that call. I had to call The Strat back myself to see if the issue was corrected. It was never corrected. Needless to say, Vacation Offer lied to me & did not offer any of the things I was told on the phone by Attie. Again, do not use this company. I am not the type of person that ever writes reviews, but after this experience I had to so that none of you have to go through something like this. Save yourself the headache & stress & use a different company this this. If I could use negative star rating I would.

They trick you into a time share presentation only after you make payment on the hotel and if you cancel, they charge you $300. Called to speak to a manager about inconveniences and they told us our original hotel we chose was not available, so we had to pick one we didn’t want to stay at- no redwings even tho it was THIER MISTAKE!!! They promised to upgrade our room- AGAIN, FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, but when I called the hotel to confirm the reservation- the hotel did not have the upgraded reserved. Tried to speak to Attie- the respective that was very “helpful” giving us additional accommodations for the inconvenience- but was told she was unavailable and the woman who I did speak to had an attitude from the first word she spoke. Was also told we would receive a $200 gift card for dinner and when confirming this as well, they told us it was only for $100. Horrible horrible company that lie and don’t care about customer service in any way. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!!!! Very disappointed.
