There's literally a documentary on how companies like this steal from people. PLEASE READ THE RULES!!!!!!!!!! This company will literally fight you over $$$ and Canceling, and any company that works in that manner is not a decent company. The people that do this know exactly what they're doing to ppl. I never finished my reservations, signed a receipt, or confirmed my transaction and they didn't care. My next email will be to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) These are not good ppl and there is a special place in HELL for ppl that act on this kind predatory behavior.

United States | 02 August 2024I was told that I would NOT have to attend a presentation. My requirement would be to just rate the resort. In addition, I was told that I would receive $250 on a prepaid gift card after I completed my rating. Once I paid for the package and received the confirmation email, it was total different that I was told. Not only is their a presentation requirement, In order to receive my $250 gift card, I would have to attend 2 additional presentations. When I called to speak to a manage, I was told that they could not transfer me to a manager, but I would have to hang up the phone and get another representative on the phone. (Who is not a manager/supervisor) They basically refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor.

United States | 01 August 2024I had such an amazing experience with this company from beginning to end. The supervisor did their best to work with me when my package had expired. They gave me all my vacations back plus some and I even got a substantial discount for being a preferred traveler and an existing customer. When I went to book I got the first dates I requested. I received my email before I even got off the phone with the legal and verification department along with a confirmation number and their customer service and booking numbers to call whenever I needed. We stayed at a BEAUTIFUL Westgate property and my family had such a memorable experience. Thank you guys so much!!!

United States | 31 July 2024someone called me on July 25, 2024 ,Informed me that our package at VO was expired. They told me I would get back all the package and then some more things . Very surprised because I was just at presentation in February. Some how they talked in to giving them $498.00. I called the phone number they gave me , I found out from a very nice lady by the name Carris. That my membership never expires. She was kind enough to send me info on my package that was not expired. The people that called me said they were from Travel Select Group. Please don't give my info to anyone they mislead me for more money.please email me to remove this

United States | 30 July 2024Vacation offer received in writing did not match verbal offer on phone, I clarified details after yes/no questions (supposedly still on their recording). I then emailed back cancellation and they charged a $10 processing fee which was not disclosed on phone (fraud?). Guess I need to pass along to AG/DOJ this undisclosed cancellation policy is/borders on fraud? Some comments online listed additional undisclosed fees added in if use the package.
