United States | 05 February 2025It was to worst experience you guys have false advertisement, I didn’t receive anything I was told I was via email by phone or on the page you guys are a fraud. Please don’t use them. The hotel can’t help u because u booked thru a 3rd party and Vactionoffers tell u they can change anything from the deal at any time that u signed an agreement but I read everything and it’s false. They take your money and u are left with no deals at all. 1st lie email confirmation says u will receive your package online 7 days before vacation it’s a lie then they say 2 days before another lie then they say once u Che k in hotel and lie u spend most of your vacation calling them. Please don’t have this bad experience listen to me.

United States | 05 February 2025Please don't waste your valuable vacation time with these people. Absolutely the worst experience ever in booking a 2 day vacation. After we went to their "discount" vacation 90 minute sales presentation, they illegally took $100 from our account. Also, they provide an uber ride to the presentation. However, if you reject their scam, you are left high and dry to make your way back to where you are staying. My bank has been notified of their stealing activity and I will probably be contacting some ethical business companies concerning their practices. Never deal with vacationoffer.com. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Package Code PSIG9062819267 Authorization Code 80868281261 THE CREDIT CARD FRAUD CENTER TEXTED ME WHILE I WAS STILL ON THE PHONE TRYING TO MAKE A RESERVATION. THE VACATIONS.COM RESERVATION PERSON TOLD ME THEY DON'T SELL VACATIONS TO CALIFORNIA. IT SEEMED TO ME LIKE SHE HAD A SCRIPT READY TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS FOR HELP. NO YOU CANNOT HAVE A COPY OF THE PHONE CALL RECORDING. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. TAKE A DIFFERENT VACATION DESTINATION. AND FINALLY, YOU SHOULD HAVE READ THE SALES AGREEMENT BEFORE PURCHASING. In my opinion, somebody wronged me.

This company stated and printed that I could attend a presentation in Texas, but when I got ready to book my vacation, they said they didn't have any locations to participate in Texas. They FLAT OUT LIED to get me to purchase the packet. Please, please don't purchase anything from them. They are FRADULENT!!!!!!

I made the mistake of booking and immediately tried to cancel when I realize that there was a mandatory presentation that was 90 minutes ( a friend told me up to 3 hours) long . I was told they would not cancel and if I didn’t show they would charge $500.00 and if they can’t collect they will send you to collections. Please don’t use them. Customer service is the worst , they are very rude when you try to speak about a refund . By the way I didn’t sign the legal agreement to agree to my credit card charge but they seem don’t care about it RUN away

United States | 03 February 2025We loved it! We didn’t have the $6000 to get started which is what got us. We understand the company needs to make money but $6000 up front all at once is not ideal. If we could do it again or had the money heck even got a better offer for way less upfront it would be a no brainer. The gentleman that did the presentation was excellent we really enjoyed his personality during the presentation there was no feeling of pressure it was all so genuine! Again if we could we would.

United States | 02 February 2025This site is fictitious. Throw the company away. Poor customer service skills and uneducated staff. This company is a disastrous trap. Long story short, I presume this company was like all other third party businesses.. they offer cheap deals and you book with them and check in the hotel. That was all fine and dandy until I attempted to check in, they sent a minor questionnaire (red flag number one), I completed it then they allowed me to book.. red flag number two they sent an email stating I had to attend a presentation for 90 minutes or be subject to a $500 fee. Red flag number three I attempted to cancel, I called them and said I don’t want to attend and to cancel this whole agreement. They informed me I signed their contract and have to attend this meeting. That if I leave the hotel, I’m subject to the fee or if I attend and don’t qualify that I am also subject to the fee! Trap, trap, trap… try hotel tonight, try the hotel itself, or try any other measures then this horrible site. Also, I was charge a hefty fee to book in! So you are really not saving or getting a good deal!! I tried calling these morons from moron mountain and it was to no avail. Your getting a good scam by a fraudulent business! This company and the staff need a good lawsuit and I’m sure none of this is legal but they bank on gullible people to chase a cheap deal in the long run it’s not worth it! Shame on this company and the staff!

United States | 31 January 2025Absolutely horrible a scam. They offered me all kinds of stuff and when they sent the package it was missing 1 trip , 2 round trip flights, and free car rental . They lied about fees despite I questioned them multiple times . Had me on the phone for 51 minutes went through 2- or 3 verifications . Refused to give me a refund or transcript of calls. Rude . Misrepresentation and fraudulent. Will tell you they can’t give you the transcript. Basically they lie and entrap you. After you purchase they then send a package which is what you didn’t agree to. High pressure entrapment with saying because the deal is so great it’s non refundable despite they don’t give you what you agreed to. I requested to cancel within 30 minutes of purchase due to it not being what they said it was and lied about potential fees . They have you talk to so many people and then try to confuse you. Run. I am reporting them to attorney general for consumers and if they don’t refund my money and or my bank doesn’t support dispute .I will take it to civil court. Complete fraudulent company. This company is a scam and worst I have seen. The person who originally calls will not answer your calls or return them.
