My refund was to be processed within 5-7 business days - now nearly a month later, I am still given the run around day after day that my refund will be processed immediately, but it never is. Incredibly disappointing. Still have not received my refund.

Canada | 25 January 2025I want to say that I was a little apprehensive about what Vacation Offers was presenting to me. Everything is as they stated. I paid for the promotionas that were offered to me, received my receipt within the hour and the next day, the promotional offers were emailed to me. Everyone I spoke with was informative and courteous. I booked my first vacation with Emily from Utah, she was so pleasant and professional with the reservation. The "icing on the cake", as they say. Thanks Emily! :)

When I got to the hotel they had no reservation for me some had to pay the hotel rates then after my trip I saw a charge of $149.00 from this company and they would not refund just said they could offer an ecredit no thanks I will never use this company to book anything but I wish it was more clear this seems to me to be a lawsuit waiting to happen. You pay and boon then they send you an email saying you have to go to a 90 minute presentation on your vacation. This should be noted before you book. I will dispute this on my cc but someone needs to sue them for misleading customers. I don’t think they deserve any stars but that wasn’t an option!

United States | 24 January 2025Some frustration in calling 2 different numbers and the phone ringing for minutes to then be informed that I was number 1 in the que to then return to the phone ringing, repeat...I called again several minutes later. Then finally, I was able to have a person answer the phone to then transfer me to a person who then transferred me to another person who stated that they could have a manager return my call (be sure to check that they have your correct number in their system)... well, they did call me back, and Nanette was awesome. She was informative, emailed me the information I was looking for, and talked to me about how to reach people using the chat feature in the app.

I feel like because I said no the lady at the end was extremely rude told me to find my own ride back to my hotel. Really bad exp at the end but they're all smiles until you say no. Not to mention a waste of time. I swear alot of these 5 star reviews are fake by the exp i had with this company not the hotel the vo company itself

When I asked for a refund, they said their policy was not to refund it and that I could read on every page what the refund policy is and it was up to me. I actually did read that’s why I did not complete registration, but they still charged me anyway. Complete scam!!!
