United Kingdom | 15 March 2025I’ve placed 2 unsuccessful orders with this company! Both orders they’d inputted my address incorrectly so the parcels didn’t get delivered. The parcels have been sent and received back to them but despite me chasing and chasing I’m yet to receive a refund for both orders. Really bad customer service as my emails are being ignored now!! I was really excited to try their products but my experience has been tarnished as I’m now out of pocket £70

United Kingdom | 13 March 2025These are the best protein bars I've ever tasted. The texture is soft and chewy. I like that they don't use artificial sweeteners, and the stevia extract has no nasty aftertaste. They contain slightly more added sugar than the average protein bar (about 20% of the maximum recommended daily amount), but I prefer that if it means I get to taste actual chocolate! They are meant to be consumed as treats after all.

I’ve just purchased their pre workout powder…. not tried yet If the above is anything to go by I’m in for a great workout…. TRY THEM

United Kingdom | 24 February 2025AVOID THIS COMPANY. Placed a first time order last week. The order arrived a day late with 10 out of the 13 items ordered completely missing without explanation. I attempted to contact via whatsapp which was ignored. I contacted Customer Support and was advised the order would be sent out next day delivery..... That was Thursday, today is Monday, the order has not arrived, cs is just ignoring emails, the whatsapp messages are ignored. I have had to contact my bank to get the money charged back. This company is going to fail. Do not order unless you want to be ripped off and ignored

Me personally I love their products. They have the healthiest protein powders in very good prices. This is what I was looking for. Vilgain thank you for existing.

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025The returns policy and process is confusing, complicated and a deterrent to return the goods. I was being charged more for returns in postage than the actual value of the goods. Dispatch of goods is from a UK based location but the returns have to be sent to Czech Republic hence the postage charges. Rip off and not worth sending the goods back as you have to pay extortionate postage amounts. Beware. Only order if you are going to keep the items and not return them.

United Kingdom | 13 February 2025Reading the reviews I’ve noticed I was not the only one having the same issue: order not received and carrier blamed but this time Royal Mail. Multiple emails were exchanged between me and Vilgain and in the end they had agreed to refund and even offered me a discount on my next order - more than 10 days later but the refund has never happened, just promised . I got my refund because I opened a case with PayPal and as expected, they decided on my favour. Be aware of this company! There’s no guarantee you will receive your order and it seems, the carrier is to be blamed - what can happen- but a serious and reliable company would then, redelivery or refund you without questions . What I found suspicious is I’ve received many parcels from Royal Mail during this discussion with Vilgain, and I’ve never had any issues with this carrier before! Very suspicious to me and I won’t buy from them again and won’t recommend them to anybody.
