Really great!! I love everything about Villgain and it’s really helpful for when you’re trying to make healthier choices as the ingredients are all incredible.

First time ordering from the company. Really impressed with the quality of the MCT oil. The sandwich bread is really tasty and I will put base again.

I have yet to receive my package, almost a full week after the supposed delivery date.

Update 06/02/25; Vilgain were quick to respond once I had posted my review. The money was refunded after a few days plus I was offered a £20 voucher for the inconvenience caused. They informed me that they now have a UK warehouse so the issues I experienced will not happen again. Hopefully what I experienced were just 'teething problems' for a company relatively new in the UK market. I'll try it out with my voucher ;) Fingers crossed my next review will be a 5 star one. ________________ 03/12/24 At first I was impressed as the order seemed to dispatch pretty quickly. But then I never received it. According to Vilgain, the shipper (Fedex) said the parcel was undeliverable.. But this is nonsense as I live in a portered block and receive Fedex deliveries all the time. This order was placed before Christmas and included and advent calendar for my daughter. When I initially contacted them, they agreed to refund the order once they received the parcel back from Fedex but that was the last time I heard from them. It's now February. I have emailed them multiple times and they have simply ignored me. No refund. THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO THINK IT'S OK TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY FOR NOTHING. I have also wasted a lot of time chasing them up. Horrendous!

First time I have used Vilgain. I ordered this one because it uses natural sweeteners. I ordered on 28/1/25, and only received today, the 1st Royal Mail notification was for Thurs, 30 Jan, I waited home at the estimated times, however they never turned up. The second attempt, was not home, Got it today as I heard a lorry outside and caught the Postman leaving fast, did not ring bell. The product seems good, tastes good.

Ordered some protein powder, protein bar and other things, so far all good. The order arrived super quickly (within 3 days). So far have tried the chocolate isolate whey protein and love the flavour - not too sweet and no weird after taste, and very good ingredients.

Good quality food. Some canned food: fish and meats are the best I have tried compared to what you can buy in the supermarket. Also they have quite a large selection of organic produce. Very happy
