Ordered for the first time, as I wanted a good value grass fed protein which it definitely met. However, paid several pounds for delivery to then be told it would take a week to be delivered. Emailed them straight away to suggest this was not appropriate and they ideally would be better off using another carrier (not FedEX), still yet to receive a reply from that email. On the FedEx note, I wasn’t in when they delivered and only received a very uninformative email from them literally stating that my ‘parcel has been delivered’. No picture or other information to suggest where or with whom it’d been left. So overall it wasn’t the best quality service.

Having a minimum order of £20 and also charging £4.99 for delivery is crazy. Also they increase the price of items that are left in your basket overnight I tried this on multiple devices I’ve never seen this before on any website. Now you are claiming all you products are stored over seas when nowhere on your website does it state that. You claim no false advertising or bulls**t multiple times and you “cut out the middle man” but that’s also a lie? This is drop shipping food and it’s insane

I ordered 4 bottles of syrup from them on October 21. I was informed that my package would arrive between October 25 and 31. And in deed I received it on October 25. Well packaged . The only thing was that one of the bottle’s cap got a bit chipped, but it was nothing major as it didn’t cause any spillage. Great service and swift delivery . Great service over all . Great, natural-tasting protein shakes. The minimal sweetness makes you appreciate the natural flavors even more. I have placed an order twice with Vilgain and have been happy. I really like the minimal packaging and product quality is second to none. And the price is very competitive. I did not face any delays with the delivery so far as others have reported.
