Biltong & Jerky how it should be. This is not a food to have modern food industry preservatives. Try finding a supplier!!! Here they are. Fabulous, tasty, thin slivers, easily chewed, whereupon it breaks down easily. So good and tasty. It really is an excellent company. Proper "lekker".

Non-existent customer service. Ordered items for Christmas gifts and only realised after dispatch that a number was wrong - have tried to reach out to Vilgain via email and their WhatsApp to rectify this (Fed Ex won't let me amend the delivery from my end) and have been ignored on both. Not sure what to do, leaving this review as a last resort.

For some reason Fedex did not have my flat number and therefore did not deliver. I have had deliveries several times from Vilgain and am using the same account, so I know Fedex has the full address. Fedex didn't inform me of anything and I had to reach out to them. For one week they said that the "package will arrive tomorrow". for the past week Fedex has been ignoring me. I contaced Vilgain and asked for refund or redelivery. Vilgain said they would contact Fedex. I never heard back again from Vilgain after numerous attempts to reach them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The delivery was earlier than expected, they called me to confirm the address, the products were all high quality and as described in the website. Very happy with everything!
