The whey wasn’t too sweet like other protein powders and it had a nice flavour.

I had read negative feedback for this company, concerning delivery etc. (items come from the Czech Republic), but when I rang the company they said they had sorted the issues, many of which appeared to concern the customs. So, I ordered a number of excellent organic products (including a number of bottles), at a fair price. Vilgain despatched quickly, they kept me informed and Fedex were on it! Excellent tracking and fast delivery, 3 days. Superbly wrapped! I will use this company again, it beats the minefield of fancied-up websites over here charging fortunes.

the gluten free bread mix - a waste. Vilgain doesn't give baking instructions, so I had to scrabble round on the net, found a villain comments thread, and found out to use 750ml water and bake at 250. For 10 minutes? Are you crazy? Loaves weren't cooked after an hour. A waste of time, electricity, ingredients, money everything and a huge disappointment.

Fast delivery

I placed an order on September 15 and it's now the 30th September and still nothing has arrived.... I have been contacting these guys and they are an absolute disgrace. I contacted the courier and have been told my items are still depot. Avoid!!

Everything arrived well packed. I'd like less plastic packaging but I understand the cost considerations. The products I've ordered look good and I look forward tovtrying them

I'm happy with the products because they offer a fantastic quality. However, the delivery took 2 weeks because there isn't a warehouse in the UK yet, it got shipped from EU. Apart from that, all went very smoothly.

Item still not delivered two weeks after order. I have had to Email for updates. Non existent customer service.

The main reason why i opted to buy from vilgain was due to them using stevia instead of processed sugar in most of their products. I purchased 1000g protein and i am glad i made this decision as their protein is a lot better compared to some other brands. I also purchased a shaker and i was extremely disappointed as there was dent on the edge of the shaker and due to this the lid wasn't closing properly as a result each time i shake the shaker the protein was all over and messy! Secondly it says on the website the measurements are in the side of the shaker which is true but one needs to look through a magnifying glass to see the numbers clearly, it is very very light. The 3 star is only for the whey protein i bought from them which i would buy again. I placed a 2nd a bulk order on the 13-9-24 and i Am still waiting. 🤞🏼

still havent recieved my order, it says it was returned for no reason

Ordered on the 9th September. Still no delivery, some 10 days later. Not even an email to let me know the delivery is delayed. Is this a dodgy company? Does anybody know? Has anybody else had issues with products being delivered? UPDATE!! Vilgain support emailed me to let me know that customs have stopped the order, which I'm not sure is factually correct, as the FedEx Tracking number tells me that they have never received the shipment. Something is not right with this company. UK domain name, UK email address, UK postal address – but, they can't deliver to the UK?

Still not got my package order 1 weeks ago

Really good pizza base and tomato sauce ordered for a large event, packaging however was a little over the top and still had a couple of broken jars
