We arranged with my husband to rent a car in December. Finally next we had to cancel it and according to the rental terms they had to return the deposit. Instead the kept the money and they stopped any communication with us. The number we contacted ends at .....787 so there is no other site to claim that we made mistake and that they are another company They use the same excuse every time avoid them at any cost

Stay away fromthis company....don't trust them. I made a booking , paid the deposit and after that they disappeared As i see now how they react they will say that i never did a reservation and this is not their company If you want a serious company avoid them The answers if you see they are the same....that we arenot their customers Yes we were abd we want to help others to avoid losing money

This company,is lier fraud,and scammers. The manager,promised me to cancel the reservation and give my my money deposit back(400€),because there was a defect the front glass was broken,he promised in 24 hours. After 3 days he said that cannot cancel it and money didn’t refund,even didn’t answer the message and phone anymore!!
