Highly recommend! The team did an excellent job fixing my shower pipe after opening the wall. They even took the time to clean up afterward—one of the teach asked for a broom and dustpan to tidy up the small mess he made. So professional!

Courtesy staff entry to exit. Nice waiting area. My only positive is I was told what was wrong with the car. So I paid accordingly. I am happy with that.

I would never post anything to a wrong company, I am a real person and have all proofs that you stole our money and didn't deliver the car as promised, even though i have paid a month before- i have been in contact with person .... got his WhatsApp number and ready to share screenshots of our communication anytime you say .... still you can be honest enough and arrange full refund and apologies for this misbehavior

DO NOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY !!!!! This is Elnur. We rented a car for the 21st of June 2024 in Milan Bergamo Airport, as agreed, at a rate of 1500 euros. Prior to our arrival, we were shown a picture of a new model car, but upon picking up the vehicle, we received an older generation version instead. Rental company offered a discount of 150 euros in light of this discrepancy, which we did not want to accept first. But the company said that we already signed the agreement so the amount of money will not be refunded. So, we had to accept the discount and take the car. Furthermore, we paid a deposit of 3000 euros at the time of rental. We returned the car on the 24th of June, three days later, and have been awaiting the refund of our deposit since then. Althought we have sent several emails to company, but we have not received the refund amounting to 3150 euros (150 euros rental discount + 3000 euros deposit). Additionally, despite numerous attempts to communicate via WhatsApp, we have not received any response or acknowledgment from the company. We have kept all online payment receipts, pick up and return photos&videos of car and our chats with their costumer service.

This occurred in September of 2021 but I was thinking about it today and realized I had never written a review. My wife and I rented a Mercedes convertible from Top Car Luxury for a vacation in Tuscany. M**** met us at the airport to drop off the car and he seemed like a really nice guy at the time. There was some minor damage on the car which we listed on the check in sheet. Our trip went smoothly but they never returned our $2,500 deposit. They claimed that the damage which I pointed out on the check in sheet was damage we had caused. Initially, it seemed like a misunderstanding because of the language barrier, and M**** pretended to be helpful and that we would work through it. After I kept persisting, he began to pretend that he did not understand what I was asking for, despite that all my messages were translated into Italian by a friend of ours who speaks the language. My wife got pregnant on the trip, so I just let the money go because we had too much going on. Now reading the other reviews, I realize we were never going to get that money back no matter what. Please stay away from this company and M****, I don't know how the police have not gotten a hold of this guy yet because this seems rampant.

Amazing cars! Friend of mine rented from this company and was an awesome experience! I pre-ordered online. Everything was smooth including readiness of the car after I came to pick it up. Not sure about those bad reviews here, but my experience was pretty good and I would come back here.

These guys are nothing short of awesome! By far the best car rental company out there hands down. Everyone was more than helpful and is a shining example of an amazing employee. I hope they know that because of him my experience has been 10X better thank you Top Car luxury Rental please keep it up! You all have a customer for life.

We needed a car for over 2 weeks and the chain establishments simply were too expensive. To my pleasant surprise my husband booked through Top Car luxury and we had an awesome experience. The office is no frills, clean and welcoming, excellent customer service and great value. They went above and beyond our expectations and are looking forward to renting from them again on our next trip. You guys are a breath of fresh air.

I just had my 2nd flawless car rental from Top Car Luxury. The staff is soo helpful! Great customer service and the rental prices are very reasonable! I will definitely be returning for all my future car rentals.

Nice, I chose this location because of the reviews of the customer service and I couldn't be happier. Booked a beach trip for my boyfriend's birthday and they already had a beautiful Ferrari Portofino ready.

TOTAL SCAM They will not return the deposit post-rental as they are supposed to. When I tried contacting them via phone, email, and text messages, they do not respond. DO NOT rent from this company.

Best and quality car. I rented a car while my car was getting work done on it. They were able to help me find something that wasnt to expensive. I didnt have to wait long, maybe 30 minutes at most until all was said and done and I was inside the car. Awesome place to rent a car. Definitely appreciated car rented.

Unavoidable - wait time to collect car was long, but this is to be expected when you have several people landing at the same time all trying to collect their cars. The representatives dealt with the queue as quickly as possible.

Rented a card for the weekend last minute. Although they didn’t have the car I wanted, I got my second choice which was great for the short notice booking. Would definitely use again.

Recommend Topcar Luxury for a seamless luxury car rental experience. Enjoyed the trip to Amalfi. I have already used it a few times. Every time the experience was great.

UPDATE*** They are still trying to claim I am reviewing the incorrect company which I am not. I paid on Revolut and they are now dealing with the claim for me so hopefully I will get some money back but please do not let their replies fool you this company is a scam! I am adding an additional review as this company replied to my review trying to make out it isn’t them and I have got the wrong company. The website that is listed on Trustpilot goes straight to the website I used and also displays the phone number I have been contacting them on from original order. They originally told me 8 hours to process refund of deposit, then they said it will be next day, then next week and now saying in September. They have now also blocked my partner’s number as he was calling them non stop to try and get the deposit back. I have screenshots I can upload as proof
