This is complete fraud! They ask you to provide a picture of you passport and license, and once they get that it is all over! They never delivered the vehicle, stopped all communication when I asked to cancel, and they forged my signature on documents stating that I received the car and returned it damaged!

I own a car rental company and paid the owner of the company (trust pilot will not allow me to post his name) €600 to secure a vehicle for my client. The owner lead me on for weeks and then a month without paying out my commission. He then went on to block me completely. This company will definitely take your deposit and make up a story about how you damaged ‘his’ vehicle which he probably doesn’t even own. Having worked in this industry for more than 10 years I know a slimy, dishonest person when I see one. Do not rent from this company.

I am very happy to leave a review to Mr. Marco.I rented a Mercedes class E for 4 days and I was very happy. Full fuel and totally washed. The deposit was returned to me a week later as per contract. Deeply sketchy company. They did not have the car ready for me on the date agreed, so I thought it only fair to ask for them to refund taxis that otherwise would have been unnecessary. They agreed but when I asked for those refunds later they ignored me. They also claimed I damaged the car and drove excess KM (when the latter was literally not possible based on the KM allotment they say they give and on where I know I drove). They ignored my requests for photos of either the damage or the odometer, something any trustworthy rental company would certainly have. They are trying to keep an advance deposit of 30% on the car, as well. They also lie through their teeth, so I could not get my money back through my credit card provider because they lied to them. They took the form I filled out and signed on getting the car and added the info on return so it looks like I signed it on return and attested to the condition, even though they didn't do a walkaround on return. "Marco," who is ostensibly in charge, is a liar and a cheat. Update: As you can see from the reply to my review (if you can decipher the Google Translated gibberish), and from other reviews, this company believes that because you signed a "contract," they can do whatever they want to you. They beleive they can and they will keep your whole deposit without ever providing photos or real evidence of the damage, because "well you signed a contract!" 2nd update. I just received a “request” (Mar 2025 so years after my experience and review) from TCL to update my review because they believe my writing the first name of the person I dealt with is “personal information,” which is complete nonsense. I didn’t include last name (which I was never told), nor phone number, email, or other information about this person. Ask yourself, what kind of business wants the names of their representatives hidden?

This company is a complete fraud. Takes advance money for car rental and then completely changes the terms of what is agreed.
