I can’t believe that I have to deal with this in 2024…..obviously they are not afraid of the law Scam…… Scam Don’t rent a car from them, they will not give the deposit back. Very unprofessional. Stay away from them. You clearly said that we will have the deposit back on the day that we will get the car back and then next day you said that will be 60 days Update: We asked when we will get the deposit back and you said after your driver checks the car and confirm that everything is ok which he did. He called you in front of us and confirmed that everything is ok with the car. By reading others reviews it seems to have the same issues

Saudi Arabia | 13 April 2024I rented a Range Rover Sport for almost 3 weeks where I drove around Italy and Switzerland. I took pictures and videos of the car on arrival and took pictures and videos every day that I had the car because I was almost scammed before. 70 days later they tell me there's "obvious" damage and that they will send me a bill for repair. I told them I have all the pictures and videos, the car was refilled with fuel when it was returned, and I only stayed at 5 stars hotels and made sure the car is parked out front to not go into a garage, the only thing I did was use extra mileage that I was happy to have them deduct, and I also have pictures of mileage covered so I know how much I drove, and these guys just ignored all my WhatsApp messages and stopped responding. They don't want to take responsibility and they will not be honest and transparent, they will always find a way to make someone else look wrong. But I have all the pictures and videos and all the proof that the car was in perfect shape when I returned it and they still ignored me. Go some where else if you really want a luxury service or just get yourself a car with a driver to avoid dealing with these type of people. Update: I did rent the car from your company and I have all the screenshot from the WhatsApp messages that was sent.

Italy | 06 March 2024Be careful when you renting a car from them, make sure that everything is working and nothing is broken or loose. I received the car and the day I left form Milan with my family the central console on the back got loose. I pushed back in place but something was already broken. However after 75 days I was suppose got back the last 50% of the deposit which was 3000€, instead I got an invoice for 1350$ for repair and nobody told me anything about it until 75 days. They also knew that we broken the parts with ski boots just wondering if they were with us to see it.First of all we never took the car with ski boots because the skilift is walking distance 4 mnts. The fact that made me mad why the did not let me know long time ago about it???. Unfortunately when you travel in Italy you need to watch your self because there’s alway someone that will try to take advantage of you. I got a ticket as well that’s my fault, instead o paying the tickets because the car is under the company name they wait the expiration of the due date and that was extra money as well. So be careful and how ever there’s other company do the same rental

United Arab Emirates | 10 January 2024Don’t ever think about renting a car from this place, they only have a website with one phone number for all websites, you won’t find any office, they will charge more than 3000 Euro for deposit and dream about returning it they will blame you with car damages and extra KM, even the workers who delivers and pick up the car are not from the company, they are random people, so it’s totally a fraud just stay away, and rent from the companies in the airport.

Not a single reply to any means of communication for weeks and months. Everything about this company is a scam! Never hire them! It is now a police matter... EDIT/reply Of course it is the right one. After we handed over the car back to them , they confirmed that car was ok and no scratches and they would refund the security deposit in 1-3 days . But they have not been replying and they have blocked me and absolutely no reply and not refunded my security deposit too . The staff exhibited unprofessionalism, and my entire 3500 EURO deposit has been unjustly withheld without explanation. Despite repeated attempts over two months, I've received no response from the company. The lack of customer service and unethical behavior regarding the deposit is appalling. I strongly advise against using Top Car Luxury – a company that not only fails in customer service but also lacks basic business ethics. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your luxury car rental needs. They will definitely say that there were damages I do have a proof video while returning the car to the company without any single scratch and a conversation with the staff saying that the deposit will be returned within 3 days since the car is fine, after you return back to your country the will block your email WhatsApp and everything, don’t hesitate to contact me if you need further details. My advice is stay away from that company and try to write as much reviews so others don’t get affected, and don’t sign any papers before reading each word.

They requested documentation stating that I will not be in Italy during the reservation period!! When I told them that no such documents are mentioned in the contract, they ignored my emails and blocked me on WhatsApp.

United Kingdom | 05 May 2023Be careful - very poor or dishonest service from Marco. Hired a car for our honeymoon - gave the car back to TopCar. Months later received a fine for the car having been driven in unauthorised lane AFTER we had given it back. Marco had given our details as having the car at the time. Messaged Marco repeatedly to get him to correct it, but he just ignores the messages. Have no choice but to pay the fine. Seeing the other reviews below, I now think we got off lightly.

Switzerland | 17 March 2023We rented a car from them last year. They delivered the car to us and it was fine. HOWEVER everything went wrong after we returned the car, we returned the car as we received it, we only used it locally for really short trips as we were with our kids, so no long rides. yet after the return of the car we were charged our entire deposit, claiming we damaged the car and it had to be fixed ( 880 euro worth of damage), and additionally, they charged us 3342 EUR for extra KM. What I found most interesting was the amount of the damage and the extra KM that was charged by a wonder EXACTLY the amount of our entire deposit. We tried to dispute the charge but unfortunately, they provided fake supporting documents with our signature forged on them. Also, the fact that we had paid an extra amount to have full coverage insurance didn't disturb them from claiming the full amount for the fake "damage". UPDATE: As you, and EVERYONE CAN SEE, there are a few repeating patterns in the answers of this company: 1. Everyone is charged for a huge amount of extra kilometers. 2. Forge clients signature 3. Even clients with full coverage insurance are charged for "damages" to the car. 4. Client signed a contract so they can do whatever the hell they want. 5. Once you try to resolve the issue they will block you on WhatsApp or emails so you have no way of contacting them. 6. The credit card company cannot do anything if you do a chargeback because 'They already forged the signature on all the necessary documents'.
