They will not return my deposit!! No one was there to collect the car in Trieste as promised, they say I didn't fill the car (which I know is not true I have the gas station receipt) from a gas station 10 min from the airport. They say I damaged the car but that could have happened after I left it at the airport!!! 21 days later i have no refund or proof from the company that i actually damaged the car! I'm sure it's been rented 5 times over since i left it. They are very attentive through the whole process till they have their car back and YOUR DEPOSIT then they disappear. I have begged them to settle this, my father in law died on July 6th and this $2700USD was going to help with final expenses! THEY KNOW THIS ALL and still ignore me!! I will also be contacting the Italian Authorities at the Ministry of Finance today. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! For those who have been a VICTIM let's get together a class action law suit! Update 30/07/2024 - you have the same answer for everyone- the answer that suits you. Again stay away from this company Don’t rent from them!!!!! They are ignore you when they have to give you the deposit back. I returned the vehicle on the 6th of May in the same condition as when it was rented. Your staff conducted the return inspection and confirmed that the car was returned without any damage. Despite this, I have not yet received my deposit refund, which was due. Don’t rent from them!!!!!

This is a complete scam. Do not rent with them: Message for this company: I own 3 company’s. I am a very successful business owner. I have never cheated anyone in my life. You do not need to scam people to become successful. Just doing good business and being attentive to your customers will get you to immense success. There is no need to scam or cause trouble for people. This money is short term. It’s small money. Have larger ambitions for yourself. Give your customers memorable moments through making their vacation plans positive. This is the best kind of feeling you can get. People that scam never end up with success. It’s small short money. These things will always come back. Don’t forget that. (To reply to your response, it wasn’t an R8 it was a Mercedes E class convertible and there were no problems with it which I can show proof of through videos and photos. Do not lie there’s lots of people saying the same thing. You are a scam and everyone should know it. You have two Google accounts with the same name all reviews saying the same thing and your location is not correct. Youre a complete scam.

This is the worst company on earth. They stole my 2000 deposit I rented a Mercedes. They tried to say there was damage when there wasn’t. I even brought it back with a full tank of gas. I trusted them and they scammed me. They should be a same on themselves. This is not the way to make money. You do not have to scam people. Just do good business and you can make a fortune. I don’t understand this logic. Fast small money instead of slow big money. Please do not use this company or you’re just giving away your money. I’ve contacted authorities in Italy and I hope this never happens to anyone else

Total scam...these guys will take your deposit, falsify something wrong with the vehicle and then not answer the phone...avoid at all costs, otherwise your just handing over your hard earned money to the scammers!! In response to the below: The Audi R8 V10 has an automatic clutch and we drove within the bounds of the performance of the car without any issues that wasn't already experienced at pickup. Apparently the Clutch is only 2 months old, which we find hard to believe since on pickup and first drive it felt clear that we were still on the original clutch (normal signs of wear and tear - delayed changes when the car was hot from the drop off delivery). The team here hasn't supplied any evidence of the Garage Report, Clutch Replacement from 2 months prior to our rental or any supporting information. Just saying that we, as drivers (well within car performance limits - wet roads etc...) could have operated the vehicle to such a point as to wear out an automatic clutch in just 3-4 days of wet road driving. For anyone reading this review, I would suggest if you use this company, please be aware (as many other reviewers have experienced and we ignored) that you absolutely may not get your deposit back even if it's not your fault for any wear and tear damage of the rubbish systems of the car. Also note that the R8 is not a new vehicle and at our estimates and based on the controls somewhere around 2015... so the €7,000 EUR deposit serves as a good down payment on your own vehicle without being ripped off. I'll be happy to re-update this review as this adventure continues and absolutely would love to see any documentation you have available on both the Clutch Replacement from 2 months ago and the Garage/Maintenance Review.

This company is smoke and mirrors, it’s Russian Roulette it they scam you or not.. Range Rover rental in February from Florence, car returned no damage. They refuse to return €3,000 deposit and keep on making statements of the car was damaged But never provide any evidence or proof. I’ve contacted the Italian government consumer protection agency and they are now investigating the company and I recommend other victims doing the same I strongly recommend people do their research properly and ask yourself is it worth the trouble of potentially losing your money to dishonest people and criminals like this company Government agency that I’m in contact with has had lots of complaints so shouldn’t be too long before company shut down

it was a scam and it was HORRIBLE. they stole money and refused to give it back. This is an absolute disgrace 🤬🤬 I am a single mom raising my baby daughter and we are struggling financially. This is complete and utter BS. I am so disgusted in this company and i would like nothing more but for this company to SHUT DOWN. Horrible people.

Great experience! I rented a black Benz from Top Car to make a drive from Florence to Milan. The car drove just as smoothly as the one I personally own. The entire process of renting the car was easier than I expected.

Rented a card for the weekend last minute. Although they didn’t have the car I wanted, I got my second choice which was great for the short notice booking. Would definitely use again

I rented a Ferrari Portofino for 3 days in Florence. Everything went smoothly, the company always responded quickly in whatsapp. I recieved my deposit back in full. Would reccomend :)
