Very pleased with the SlingerBag. Took one session to get familiar with everything. So simple to use. Sometimes it left maybe half a dozen balls in the hopper, but I’ve found by storing the pick up tube in where the rackets are stored helps direct balls onto the carousel. Overall very happy with my purchase and the excellent service I received at Framework Sports.

Superb service. Arrived within 48hrs. Called me to check that everything had arrived. Sent instructions and videos to help get the most out of the product - Slinger (tennis ball machine). I purchased the Slingerbag and it was delivered the next day. I was concerned about some reviews of the hard topspin but it was no problem and it is so good to hit balls with a pace. Everything about the Slingerbag is great and I can't fault it at all, the oscillator is perfect and I now have my own robot coach with a remote control! I don't drive and the wheels are a good size so it is easy for me to take to the local tennis courts and it holds everything I need, it even has a phone charger and holder so you can film your moves. A very happy customer!

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We received all the information about a slinger bag that we bought before we received it. Delivery was fast and in time. We had a problem with charging the battery which was solved quickly and without any cost. Definitely will buy from Framework sports if we need any tennis equipment.
