It was a dream dealing with Framework. Product ordered they contacted me to thank me for my order and let me know when I was going to receive it. The day of delivery they emailed to tell to expect it within a 1 hour window then contacted me again to make sure I had received it and was happy with the product. Nothing was to much trouble. We need to get behind these family business because you are not a number but a person who they will do anything they can for.

The slinger is very good. It provides consistent feed of balls. The slinger comes with the telescopic ball collector. there is a pin on it to keep the ball in and out of the telescope. For some reason this keeps coming out. But overall very happy with the performance of it so far.

Bought my Slinger bag in July 2021 after debating buying one for a while and pleased I did as I’m seeing improvements in my game after using it for one Month. Couple of people have had a go and are now looking to buy one also. Really recommend you watch the videos and comments on top spin and drills. Don’t start on too high macho speed as it gives a very heavy top spin ball on full speed. I find good warm up on up to one third speed my side of the net no loft to drill down the line& cross court from the corners, behind the baseline. You can get a good session like this with challenging heavy ball to the corners pushing you backwards to work on recovery to the mid court, movement, and accuracy. Its really helped me work on this as I was losing lots of points against a heavy hitter deep to the corners. After these drills recommend move the Slinger over the net to the service box T and the oscillating plate with two thirds speed for volleys with no loft. You can move it to full speed to the base line for more challenging volleys. I would say full speed from the back is too much top spin for baseline play but ok for volleys. Adjusting the speed down from the back or behind the baseline till it lands in the service box is good for simulating returning heavy kick serves. Pros: Nice fast easy set-up. Great for drills. Great work out and practice if choose sensible speed and court position of the slinger bag. Also good to practice volleys in the garden Cons: The top spin gets too heavy at high speed for baseline hitting but work but work round this with the machine placement and lower speed settings.

I purchased a slinger bag from Framework Sports in August 2020. Within hours of placing the order I received a courtesy call regarding express delivery and initial operation of the machine. Item arrived super quick with regular tracking updates by text. The machine recently developed a fault whereby Framework Sports organised for collection and delivery to an engineer who quickly carried out a repair (replacement motor) under warranty and return. Overall Framework Sports have been excellent in terms of service and support!
