The transaction and customer service was second to none, the well constructed website was easy to navigate and reassuringly easy to use. I ended up signing up to the site as a result. In terms of customer service I could not have asked for more, frameworks make the effort to go the extra mile to ensure your looked after throughout your purchase. They notify you every step of the way and provide you with digital copies of everything you need that relates to your purchase such as invoice, guides and warranty information to extend if necessary. Order was dispatched within a day and without requesting a representative from the company called me to check delivery time and arrangements and give me a detailed briefing on how to charge and use the Slinger. In fact on the first call I didn’t have time for the lengthy briefing so the representative called me the next day at the requested time and provided the briefing with real enthusiasm. I was not expecting this and I was blown away with this after sales process. This was followed up with an email providing the manual, warranty link and links to really useful instructional video.
