Great service. Experience was exactly as described in terms of delivery and so on. Additional info was emailed from Framework to ensure I noticed the most important points when I received my Slingerbag. They called to ensure everything was OK too. All businesses talk about the importance of putting customers first but not all do anything like that in practice. Framework really do seem to make sure everything is taken care of for the customer and seem genuinely concerned the purchases and product provide a great experience. Thank you! Good website. Good web purchase journey. Delivery came the next day. Very good experience. Excellent customer experience - A couple of small issues occurred. I contacted Framework and they responded immediately and actually sent me a goodie bag to make up for it. I was not expecting it. Things do sometimes go wrong and how a firm responds to this separates a great firm from an average one. Companies chase the sale and forget about the after sales service. You don’t! Thank you for your response and care. I am very happy with my Slinger and it works like a dream! Best purchase I have made for a long time!

Slinger Bag / Balls all delivered together and as scheduled. All items received. Emails with user guides received along with links to videos with players (including pros) demonstrating the product. Phone call received from the company the day before delivery regarding usage of the SlingerBag and further suggestions/general chat. Everything from ordering to delivery of product was 1st class. Product easy to set up (read the instructions/watch the video!!!). My bag is now charging.

Incredible service throughout. Ordering was easy and I received a follow up call within 24hrs to explain that the goods had shipped and to give me some great advice on setting up, registering and using the new machine. Really great service.

The Slinger bag is a great product, really thoughtful design down to the removable battery so you can charge it conveniently but I was most impressed with the outstanding customer service from Framework Sports, the sale was quick, the item was delivered the next day and the company responds to customer queries in record time. Honestly the best customer service I've experienced in long time.
