The Slinger arrived earlier than expected, with plenty of information provided by Framework via email in advance.

I spent plenty of time researching the Slinger, it’s a considered purchase at just under £1,000 for everything…. What can I say, I rang framework (UK distributor) and couldn’t be more pleased at the helpful nature of the team. Answered all my questions and went far beyond the customer care level In terms of follow up and advice. No sooner than my Slinger was ordered, it was being forwarded by DPD to me… Everything arrived on time and as expected. I’ve now had the Slinger out for several practice sessions and I’m very impressed. I will certainly be using Framework Sports again based on my experience with the Slinger. Being a family owned business means they all care about the customer experience. Well done.

Just bought a Slinger ball machine package. Information was clear, pricing very good, order process simple. I had a series of clear communications to keep me up to speed with order progress, including a telephone call the day before delivery. So far, really good customer service. AND, the machine is fabulous!

I accidentally ordered my items twice and I received a call from their customer services asking if I intended to my purchase twice. I do most of my shopping online and only a handful of times have I ever received a call from a merchant. Excellent service.

Found a regular playing partner! The slinger experience has been top notch! From ordering the slinger I was regularly kept informed by both email and phone calls on delivery status as well as useful videos including the tennis mentor. The slinger is so easy to transport and easy to set up and use. Being able to practice without the need to a physical partner has made my life easier and am enjoying my tennis more as I work on my shots. No issues yet and would recommend it to anyone who wants to practice but isn't always able to find a playing partner!
