Although the Slinger was out of stock when I ordered it, I was kept fully informed as to when it was going to be delivered. In fact it came 2 days early!! I haven't used it on the court yet but it was great fun to use in the garden. Well done for producing such an excellent product and I can't wait until tomorrow when I shall be trying it out on our indoor courts. Brilliant.

Framework provides a fantastic service. The staff were very helpful and delivery of the Slinger bag was very prompt. The phone call asking if everything was OK was a lovely personal touch. The slinger bag itself - awesome, exactly what I was looking for and highly recommend it. I think Rafael Nadal would struggle to generate the topspin that the slinger does ;) Gt product.

Equipment ordered was on back order and communication was really good and when delivered the communications didn't stop as they followed it up with emails and after sales support checking everything was ok. I was considering going for one of the "traditional" ball machines that are available in the market, but was dragging my feet given that I wasn't very comfortable with their price. So, when I first saw the product videos for the Slinger Bag, I was sold, given that the early bird offer included the rotating base. The Slinger Bag is particularly good for practice against heavy topspin, but as many other reviewers have pointed out, it has one glaring weakness: it cannot help you practice strokes against slices or flat balls, but that's a story for another review. While I was happily using the machine for regular practice, it stopped working one fine day, and no amount of charging would help turn it back on. I contacted Framework Sports and after a video call with them, they arranged to send me a replacement, no questions asked, as well as pick up the faulty one for no charge at all. For such a literally massive product, that's excellent customer service.

Natalie was very helpful with regards to purchasing of Slinger Bag which was delivered in good time . However contrary to my instructions courier DPD left parcel outside front door on show to public. Not a great idea for £780 of kit to be left out so open and liable to theft.

Got my Slingerbag tennis ball machine from them, as I think they are the only suppliers for the UK. Very good machine for the money. Also you can easily store it away, with all the balls inside,unlike most of the other machines, and it's easy to transport to the tennis court. Quick delivery and a reasonable price.

Timely delivery of Slinger, ahead of schedule. Minor warranty issues involving battery and ball tube sorted out efficiently and promptly. More major warranty issue also sorted out including provision of a new replacement unit. I cannot fault them so far.
