Experience I had with twilio "services" is: - ticket that lasted > 4 weeks (due to update done during day on France, update done on US during France's night) → very very slow progression - fuzzy dates on ticket: hard to follow history; I reported it but saw no (re)actions. I had to manually timestamp my messages to follow activity: "2 weeks ago does not help", I need "18/11/2016 13:19 +0100" - inconsistencies in different panels - low log retention (1 week)

Works and integrates with my voip pbx over SRTP. Very detailed portal with good visibility into usage. Responsive support techs. Very highly recommended.

The times we have spoken to your support center we have had back and fourths for weeks with little to no understanding or action on their end. Secondly the documentation for the API is utterly crap. In short Twilio make a great product but seem to have very little clue how to support it properly. Get that right and it'll be a killer app;

Front page is 80% nice, although a bit buggy. I believe in time this will be improved. A bit pricey compare to costs but compare to the market however good. Billing system and ideology is American not internationally so their main focus Is in the USA. Europe and Asia does not work as Twilio has no correct Invoicing in place. MH

Great service at low cost. Before using this service i was paying 10 times more for one phone line. Twilio allowed me to expand my business by minimizing my phone bills. Only reservation I have is the lack of live help for small businesses like myself. I would like to see some live classes on how to use their platform more easily.

We have been using their SMS-sending service for three years now. It has always been very reliable, (not even one shortage in these three years). The API is very good and easy to use, the SDKs the same thing, with a wide range of them, and everything very well documented. Might not be the cheapest solution, but when your business depends on a service like this, 100% worth it. I'd recommend it and I would use it again in my future ventures and personal projects

Twilio is a great company, but unfortunately, it depends on third parties in order to function....and lacks a clear view for the future in some continents (south america).

I run my taxi office ring back service and text back service through twilio, easy to upload cash, very reasonable rates, and the service has never been down in the 2yrs I've used it

If you're reading this, and considering whether to invest any time with Twilio, 'cause let's face it, it doesn't cost much money (any?!) to get started... just do it already! I've lost count of the number of APIs my team and I have worked with over the years, and Twilio's is right up there with the best. It's a joy to develop with the SDK, the documentation is top-notch and the quality of service we've experienced over the last 18 months has created an enormously high barrier for us moving anywhere else. 10/10 - highly recommended 👍🏼

Twilio let me change a web-based desktop based platform into a mobile-friendly text responsive system which is completely important in 2016 to have this and twilio creates a flawless product that only depends my creativity

I have used twillio for years now and it has saved me a ton of cash. It can be a little daunting to set up, but once that is fpne, it is a grat, low cost, highly flexible solution.

Twilio provides the most flexible, robust and reliable service among other competition. The API of their services is clear and easy to use (which in my company we do with pleasure). There were no issues at all with our experience with Twilio for the whole time of our engagement with them. We at pindrop.nl recommend Twilio to everyone and we will be using it where relevant in our further projects.
