I couldn't see a confirmation of my order in my emails. When I called the helpline a very nice person checked that my order had been sent. Then I thought of looking in the junk folder and there they were!

Ordering was easy on the user-friendly website and the hoover arrived on the due day. Very well packed and so far I'm very pleased with the product. All in all an excellent service.

I had difficulty in ordering a new Ewbank floor cleaner on-line. The customer care and finance team were so extremely helpful, and sorted out my order. I received my new cleaner very quickly, and to say I am really very pleased with my purchase would be an understatement. I would certainly recommend this company, they were an absolute joy to do business with!

Had a bottle of polish delivered by post which had leaked a little during transit. Did a review a few days ago on Trust Pilot about this problem with the suppliers “Ewbank” I have now received a phone call from the Company informing me they are sending me a complimentary bottle in the post, due to this problem.
