The sweeper was delivered quickly and I am very pleased with it

Didn't get the next day service but Ewbank were very prompt in dealing with the issue. A gift for my friend who was very pleased and found it just right for an 83 years old, who finds a normal vacuum difficult to push around.

Customer services were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Ordering online was easy and communications and delivery first rate.

Was able to order and receive accessories (pads for the floor cleaner) within 2-3 days. Only down side is the expense of the items, considering what they comprise

Excellent machine, does what it says and cleans well

Customer service was excellent, unfortunately the product wasn't. The Steamdynamo worked well until it broke. Unfortunately there is no water level indicator, and the instructions warn against operating the steam cleaner when empty. Seems like a fairly basic design flaw... Customer service arranged and paid for collection, and refunded the cost promptly.

Speedy efficient delivery

I love my Ewbank! It’s a quick convenient way to tidy up, nice and light and easy to store. My Mum had one years ago and I’m glad I treated myself to one. Not expensive either.

We had bought the same vacuum from a store but when my daughter opened hers ( a Christmas present) it was broken and so to be able to order from you and have it delivered so quickly was a real bonus.

A manual sweeper is a must have in every household and this one is the best. It picks up crumbs and other bits and pieces easily. no need to haul the vacuum out. We've always had a sweeper in our house for many many years and this one does the job perfectly.
