Arrived on time, well packaged and in good order. It has been taken out of the box and assembly was easy. The machine feels sturdy and I love the extendable handle. Haven't used it yet so can't comment on performance.

Their customer service is non-existent. Under warranty for a floor cleaner and phoned their customer service about 6 months ago for a replacement part and am still waiting to get a call. Intended to buy other products due to the quality of products but I switched to Bosch whose customer service are more than happy to help and follow it through the lifecycle of your query. Avoid as customer service for replacement parts awful

Bought for elderly neighbours. They had tried Currys store, unavailable said they'd order it. However, neighbours do not have an email address so assistant said he couldn't help them! I looked at Ewbank online, cheaper than Currys, although same if they would allow discount available on day of initial enquiry. Dealt directly with Ewbank online, free delivery, received 2 days later. Neighbours very pleased with purchase. Said sweeper "brilliant ".
