I needed a new bottle for my Ewbank premium mop. Bought a bottle from site but it’s the wrong one meant for a 200 model. So emailed to ask how to order the correct one. No answer. Emailed again eventually got a reply to say it’s not a Ewbank model as it’s from home bargains. Perhaps then it shouldn’t have Ewbank on the box it’s sold in.

The sweeper works fine, but it collects hair round the brush and cylinder which stops it working properly. Trying to contact ewbank support doesn't seem to be possible hence the 2 star rating.

It’s terrific! Lightweight, easy to use and works a treat. Perfect for crumbs and even dog hair. My Nan had a Ewbank and used it all her days so for me it was a trusted name. Love the fact I can replace all the parts too and that’s it’s British made. It’s a 10/10 from me.

Overhaul I am pleased with the Ewbank floor polisher. It’s easy to use and it isn’t hard work. I think it’s value for money. It leaves the floor looking and feeling clean. The only negative I have is because it’s so light I felt like I had to put pressure on. I would recommend this product for overall performance
