Products ordered arrived next day. Purchased mop & sweeper about a month ago. Both are fantastic and must be saving money on energy bills, because I now only charge my cordless vacuum cleaner once a fortnight instead of daily. The sweeper is easy to use & upon emptying, you can see just how much it has picked up; it's great! I mop the floor after sweeping & it takes 5 mins as the mop head is large. I love hat you can wash it & re-order spares for both items at a reasonable price. Can't rate them highly enough. If the sweeper had a crevice tool to get in between the corners/gaps I'd never need a vacuum cleaner again! I've also seen my dust allergy improve because there's no hot air being released as you manoeuvre the sweeper, which you do have on a vacuum cleaner. I'd definitely use this company again.

I ordered a cleaner but my card didnt work first time. I reordered and ended up with TWO orders. I phoned to sort it out. PLUS POINTS 1. I was able to phone on a REAL phone number 2. I was connected very quickly to a REAL person without having to negociate a menu 3. My problem was listened to and understood 4. The lady phone me back with the problem sorted ! 5. The second payment was refunded to my bank. 6. The item arrived next day EXCELLENT SERVICE THANK YOU..

So glad I purchased this Ewebank ,it’s amazing ,very light , and lifts all the dirt very quickly,it’s so much easier than hauling out a big hoover and plugging it in.It’s a lot quieter too and doesn’t take a lot of space to store it❤️🥰
