It does what it says on the tin!

It picks up bits from the carpet with out having to bother getting the vacuum clean. It is light simple to use and empty.

In reality the product is fine but the delivery was not next day as paid for at 06.30 so it should have been easy enough to do. I would have let it go but the order was incomplete and the two polish revivers spray bottles were missing from the order. I phoned and they agreed to refund the delivery charge and send two bottles separately, which did arrive but however I was sent polish not polish/reviver I couldn't be bothered to complain again. Sometimes you feel it is better to use the manufacturer directly however clearly not in this case I probably wont use Ewbank directly again, after all you can get the unit from other places at no extra cost. I am still waiting refund and have raised an issue with Paypal for the next day delivery charge.

Lightweight polisher that is suitable for small areas. Works well in polishing wooden floors. Comes with a full set of brushes and pads.

Purchased a Ewbank Airstorm as my own hoover was getting too heavy to lift but this 'hoover' is rubbish. If it picks Anything up IF it promptly drops it all back down when you turn it off! One of my biggest impulse buy mistakes. Avoid unless you just want a hoover that sits on the wall as an ornament!!

Basic ewbank carpet sweeper but it's brilliant. Works really well. This ewbank sweeper was replacement for one I already owned but had given to my daughter, she also pleased!

I replaced the ewbank i was bought as a wedding present 38 years ago! After a bit of a delay in receiving it ( possibly due to postal strikes) i was pleased to say it arrived safely. Seems more robust then my older version, smarter and easier to empty it’s great for clearing up mess kittens make with messy eating habits! It’s also a lot more convenient than getting out a vacuum cleaner and in today’s climate is the eco friendly and most economic option to a quick once over. Very pleased with purchase.

I got one of their manual basic sweepers not actually thinking it would be very good just as an temp thing that was better than nothing so I could at least attempt to clean while being unwell. I was wrong it's actually brilliant, I've been weird and bored my family and friends showing them it, making them admire photos of my carpets after I've used it and all sorts I even let my friend have a go at sweeping my hallway with it to cheer her up when she was upset (I did admit to being weird) 2 months later and unfortunately it's really not working as well as it was, the brush despite being cleaned regularly as best as you can gets all sorts tangled round it which makes it work less effectively granted the thing has had daily use but I'm a bit gutted it hasn't lasted longer given how long our grandparents had these things for and how long lasting they used to be and for what ever reason I can't get through to customer services to find out if there is a way to fix it and can't find anything about resolving it on their website which is a real shame for a product that worked as well as it did but I don't fancy having to buy a new one every couple of months that would be daft.
