Do not send the right item, after email do not contact you. Not very professional

Delivery on time and service waited for the door to be answered

I ordered 2 items. Unfortunately one item delivered was not what I ordered. I emailed to tell them and was assured that the correct item would be mailed that day. When I received it, the postmark on the envelope was 5 days after the email. Fortunately the item wasn’t needed urgently.

I was sceptical on receiving this. I ordered a FP90 cleaner - the packaging said EWO190. The manual instructions bear little resemblance to the machine, e.g. "insert the 2 AA batteries" when lithium cells were supplied. However, the cleaner works well and efficiently.

Packaging of product not sufficient to protect the contents. I ordered a number of items including two extension tubes. They arrived in a plastic bag with not protective packaging and the tips of the tube had broken through the plastic shipping bag. The contents of the bag could have fallen out during shipping. Protective packaging needs to improve.

Seamless process of ordering through to delivery, excellent service provision. Nil issues with goods purchased.

I have a Ewbank dynamo multi-tool steam cleaner and it is one of the best things I have ever bought. However, I lost some of the attachments/tools - so had to order replacements. Easy to order. Fair price. And they arrived within 24 hours! Very pleased!!!

I bought a Replacement Part – Bottle for 200 (£ 2.99 but £4.50 for the shipping) for my Spray Mop with Dual Heads. It was the only one available in the web but it is not compatible with my Ewbank mop , it is too big.

Product great paid for next day delivery on Friday afternoon and it didn't arrive until Tuesday. Would prefer if on Friday they remove the next day delivery option as the standard delivery would have arrived at the same time so cost me £5 for nothing
