I had eyelid surgery to both eyes. The operation was a complete botch job which has left me with a major disfigurement to my eyes which also affect my sight. I complained at the time that the procedure was not correct and they offered to carry out a revision surgery the next month all at my cost for time off work, airport parking, hotel, food and transfers. This revision surgery made the original surgery worse. I have contacted the clinic with my issues and all they have offered is another revision surgery with the same surgeon who botched the operation the first 2 times and all at my expense, time off work, flights, accommodation, food and transfers!! The surgeon botched the operation twice, how am I expected to trust him again ? Whilst at the clinic, I read that a patient died following a procedure the previous year, apparently it was reported in the British Press at the time, so all I can do , is warn people about the risk they run using Vanity Cosmetic Turkey. I have since contacted a lawyer to commence legal proceedings and hopefully will eventually receive enough compensation and costs to allow me to have further surgery with a private surgeon in the U.K. to correct the botched surgeries received at Vanity Cosmetic Istanbul ! You have been warned, if it seems too good to be true, it usually is!

The nurses and doctors took very good care of me! The hospital was clean and I felt very comfortable. I am extremely happy with how my surgery and aftercare went and I would highly recommend using Vanity for your medical procedure!

Clinique malhonnête! nous avions convenu d'un prix avant ma venue en Turquie, et le jour de l'opération, ils me demandent de payer plus que ce qui est convenu en m'indiquant que Azra, (ma correspondante Vanity) n'était pas là. À la suite de l'opération, j'ai demandé les détails de la facturation, et j'ai pu prouver que ce n'était pas ce qui était convenu avec Azra via les échanges de message whatsapp, Ils m'ont dit qu'ils me rembourseraient, mais qu'ils devaient attendre le retour d'Azra. A mon de retour en France, Azra me répond qu'ils allaient me rembourser, chose qui n'a jamais eu lieu depuis deux mois, et là ils ne me répondent plus. Par ailleurs, je ne suis pas complètement satisfaite du résultat mais ça c'est encore autre chose. La clinique m'a proposé de les contacter, mais comme depuis le début ce n'est que du vent, je les ai recontacté, ils devaient me recontacter. Je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelles. Ne vous laissez pas avoir par leur réponse bateau et la communication d'un soi-disant numéro pour régler le conflit, ils me doivent de l'argent, ils ne me remboursent pas, c'est donc du vol.

I had an amazing experience with this clinic. I just did my breast augmentation with Dr. Erman Menekşe. I am 15 days post opt now. Firstly, I want to commend my patient coordinator Umut, he has been a huge part of this process. He was very accommodating and very responsive. Whatever questions I had, may it be small or big, he was there to answer. He made sure we were taken cared of all the time. From the arrangement of the car service, hotel, etc up to date he was following up on my condition and healing process. Secondly, my doctor. Dr. Erman, made the whole process a breeze. Since it’s my first time having any major surgery, he explained to me very well the whole process and the options I have. He listened to my main concerns and gave me advice and guide me through it. Most importantly, the human touch.. he made me feel comfortable and in safe hands as I was really scared. In addition, I also want to highlight the fact that this clinic is very safe and they prioritize their patients health, on the way to Turkey I caught a flu in the aircraft and instead of them pushing me to do the surgery with minimal risk they decided and told me that it’s better to wait and reschedule until I feel better and risk free to the surgery. So all in all, I had a great experience. As to my results- I am really happy. I am still swollen and still in the healing process, but as to how it looks Dr. Erman did a beautiful job. Thank you once again to Umut and Dr. Erman and the Vanity Estetik clinic.

The whole experience has been very organised, fast and convenient. All the staff of the hospital were very friendly and made sure to effectively provide me with everybting that was needed for my treatment. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Die Betreuung ist sehr aufmerksam. Operation und Nachpflege ohne Komplikationen. Im schönen Hotel, wo man ja viel Zeit verbringt hat uns das Frühstück sehr gefallen. mit dem Ergebnis der Operation (Tummy Tuck) bin ich sehr zufrieden Deshalb eine klare Empfehlung.

I did neck and mid/lower face lift. I am very happy with this result. As well I went through breast implant exchange and breast lift surgery at the same time. Here I don’t know if it’s my very complicated case but I am not completely satisfied with the result. I am 4 months post operation. I am not yet completely healed but I don’t think the result will change much. The implant I got was smaller than what I wanted and the doctor explained me well that with the lift you can’t put big implants. But my breasts look quite small in me all in all now as I am pretty large woman. So I am definitely going to change for bigger ones as soon as I can. My breast were also pulled a bit closer to each other which caused a fold in between area which is my biggest concern. And yet again I am not totally healed so hoping this will get better. Scars are pretty neat but in one place they show up a lot. Again I don’t know if it’s for my difficult case or…this is why I can’t give 5 stars. But all in all for the price I paid I got very good quality and a good doctor.

I had a wonderful time with vanity! I was looked after and felt so welcome by everyone, from the moment i arrived and was taken to the hotel (what was gorgeous) and even now im home if i have any questions i have no problem reaching out. My surgeon was amazing, He made me feel at ease and listened to and explained everything from the procedure to the aftercare brilliantly. I cant thank him enough! I'm only a few weeks post surgery, but so far I'm really happy with my results and will be booking again soon! Thank you the vanity team!

Had a nose job last year with Dr. Alper. The people were friendly, asked frequently how i was doing after the operation, while i was in turkey. The staff were nice, they took great care of me in the hospital. What I disliked was, the consulation was 5 minutes before the operation. But once back in my Hometown, they told me they would reach out 1 month, 3 months und 6 months and then one year after the operation. They only reached out after 1 & month 3. After that nothing! After 1 year after the operation i reached out, because my nostrils were still really unsymetrical and i have breathing issues. I was talking to Murat Yildrim from Vanity, he did not care and did not even respond to my concerns. They charged so much money for the rhinoplasty but they dont seem to care what happens really in the healing process or are enable to even do/provide a check up to make sure everything is fine. Now i have to consult a doctor in my hometown regarding the breathing issues and i have no idea if he can fix an issue that was possibily caused by the Dr. I also asked for the operation table pictures, but they were not able to give me them for unknown reasons. That even makes me question if Dr. Alpher actually operated me or if it was someone else. For the money i spend i wish i consulted some other clinic, that was more transparent and has better communication as well as a Doctors who takes time to talk to you and do a proper consultation which is longer that just 5 minutes.

After consulting doctors in USA and learning how long I’d have to wait for in person consultation and few months for the actual surgery, I got in touch with Vanity. They explained everything smoothly I flew to Istanbul 3 days before surgery and met doctor sammy the day on my surgery. He was confident of the results and was very transparent. The hospital was great with the accommodations and the 1 day stay at the hospital.

It was a very good experience. Drivers came on time and quickly picked me up for the initial blood test. I was dropped off at the hotel and had my surgery for gynecomastia the next day. My chest looks great! I’m recovering slowly, but it will all be worth it in the end. Special thanks goes out to Umut for being so helpful. Will definitely recommend.

I travelled to Vanity in May for rhinoplasty and breast uplift from the UK- I was pretty nervous about it but it was honestly a 10/10 experience. Seda was amazing at communicating through the whole booking and lead-up process, when we arrived we met Umut & my surgeon Dr Erman Menekse. They were SO caring, professional, attentive. I felt relaxed and safe in every moment. Everyone at Vanity and at our hotel (Antwell) went above and beyond for our comfort. Amazing communication. Dr Erman is a very talented surgeon, he exceeded my expectations. Umut put us at ease the whole trip, was always there and helped me at every turn and still communicates with me now to check-in on how I am after my surgery and answer questions. I don’t think the experience, surgery or trip could have gone any better in any way. I’m so so thankful in particular to Seda, Dr Erman and Umut. I would highly recommend using Vanity!
