Turkey | 30 May 2024Sowohl die Assistenten als auch der Arzt klärt einen nicht richtig auf. Weder vor der Op noch danach. Nach der OP fühlst du dich einfach nur im Stich gelassen. Telefonisch geht keiner ran ( nicht mal im NOTFALL!!) Auf WhatsApp werden die Nachrichten ignoriert. Sehrrr schlechte Klinik Schlechte Mitarbeiter Schlechter Arzt!! Es ist nur eine reine Geldabzocke Wie es den Patienten danach geht, Ist denen schei* egal. Sie helfen dir einfach nicht weiter Klären dich nicht auf. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Canada | 30 May 2024I went to Vanity for a chin implant and buccal fat removal in the end of April. I was nervous at first like everyone because it’s a new place that I haven’t got services before. The whole process was amazing! Dr. Mert Sismaz did my operation and he was very sweet and understanding. Prior to the surgery I liked that we got to talk about the procedure. Gizem was my coordinator and she was very helpful, and even answered to my questions outside of business hours, which exceeded my expectations! The clinic and the staff are very nice! I would recommend it to everyone

Lowering of the hairline, forehead and brow reduction, temporal lift, eyelid lift, upper lip lift, chin reduction and jaw reshape. Don't be thinking that because the clinic is such good value, the service, facilities or surgeons are second rate. They're not, everything is very high quality. The communication is great, from the beginning with the initial sales advisa (Sena in my case), to your coordinator who looks after you from when you arrive, throughout your stay and afterwards when you get home. My coordinator was Zineb and she is lovely, super helpful and took great care of me. My surgeon was Dr Ipek and he is a magician who changes lives. I thanks him for what he's done for me. He really put me at ease and explained every procedure in detail. I am extremely happy with my results so far. I would recommend Vanity Cosmetic Hospital and am in the process of booking my next visit in a few months time for a butt lift. Can't wait!

France | 29 May 2024C’est la deuxième fois que je me fais opérer par cette clinique et je suis plus que ravie. J’ai subis une rhinoplastie, lifting temporal, et lipofiling visage la première fois puis un an plus tard j’ai fais un remodelage de l’os du front et un lifting du front, et je ne suis absolument pas déçu. Le transfert, l’hôtel, la clinique, les interventions et les soins ont tous été au delà de mes attentes (quelques retard parfois mais rien de grave cela peut se comprendre car j’ai pue constaté qu’ils ont du monde à gérer) mais surtout le plus important que j’aimerai souligner c’est la coordinatrice (et traductrice) qui était présente 7jours sur 7, via whatapps et dès mon entrée a la clinique jusqu’à ma sortie, pendant le check-up absolument partout. Je voudrais au passage en dernier profiter pour remercier tout le personnel, mon chirurgien Dr Bugra Ipek et ma superbe coordinatrice et traductrice Zineb. Merci pour votre travail et votre amabilité. Mes séjours chez vous fut agréable, je vous recommande à 1000% et je reviendrai certainement hihihi donc je vous dis à bientôt.

Switzerland | 28 May 2024Die Klinik ist schön, allerdings fand ich die Konsultation mit dem Arzt sehr unpersönlich, er hat schnell erzählt was er macht hat alles angezeichnet, fragte ob ich fragen habe und das war’s . Ich finde der Arzt sollte sich etwas mehr Zeit nehmen, ich verstehe das es schwierig ist, weil all das am OP Tag passiert.Meine Dolmetschetin war sehr nett und schaute immer zu mir, ich fand es sehr schade , das sich die Übersetzer gewechselt haben nach der Op, Ich war verwirrt weil ich schon ein Bezug zu meiner Übersetzerin aufgebaut habe und sie plötzlich nicht da war, ich verstehe natürlich, dass sie vielleicht Feierabend hat oder anderweitig beschäftigt war.Es war sonst gut alles , ich bin sehr angenehm in Narkose gelegt worden, hatte eine sehr nette Krankenschwester die sich Super um mich gekümmert hat. In allem muss ich sagen , dafür, dass es eine Travel OP war ist es wirklich gut, vor allem vor der Reise die Betreuung per WhatsApp war toll.Ich bin jetzt noch auf das Resultat gespannt, dass kann man tatsächlich erst nach 6 Monaten feststellen

Un merci également au Dr.Mert qui a su répondre a mes attentes et a surtout me dire ce qui était le mieux pour moi . L’hotel Mercure est vraiment top , on y mange tres bien . La clinique est elle aussi top , le personnel est vraiment au petit soin et toujours avec le sourire 🫶. Vraiment une bonne expérience, j’ai meme eu le temps de visiter un peu le pays . En bref franchement allez y les yeux fermés ils sont clean , ils sont pro et surtout humains. N’ayez pas peur . À bientôt Vanity ♥️👋

Germany | 25 May 2024I had a great experience. I had a rhinoplasty and I really like the rusult and the doctor was also very nice. I was writing with a really nice patient representative and she organised everything. I am really happy with the surgery. I also had the chance to talk to another great patient representative who helped me talk to the surgeon and took care of me before and after the surgery. I was always able to write her a message and ask a question when I had some. I also had the chance to stay at the hospital the day that I had my surgery. Luckily everting went well and I went back to the hotel.

France | 25 May 2024A fuirrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!! J’ai realiser un BBL en novembre avec Dr Mertz et c’est littéralement une CATASTROPHE tout d’abord au niveau de la lippocusion des partie au niveau du dos n’ont pas été prélevées, il me reste des bourlets mon ventre n’est pas tendu comme je le souhaitais mais ce n’est pas le pire. Le pire est au niveau des injections de graisse faites au fesses c’est une horreur j’ai 2 boules au fesse ou la graisse a été injecté pas du tout homogène c’est affreux. J’ai recontacté la clinique qui m’indique de me faire masser alors que cela ne suffit absolument pas du moment ou la graisse a mal été injecté, il n’y a plus rien a faire. J’ai voulu enlever un complexe mais on m’en a rajouté un. De plus concernant les cicatrices elle se voit j’en ai 4 en plein millieu du ventre alors que généralement elle sont faîte beaucoup plus basse pour pas qu’elle se voit. De ce fait j’ai du attendre 6 moi et on m’a re fait une liposuccion au niveau des fesse pour « m’enlever mes boules » mais même après cette deuxième intervention les boules sont toujours présente et on m’a dit d’attendre encore 6 mois pour envisager une 3eme opération Renseignez-vous bien avant de choisir votre clinique moi on m’a dit que des personne parlais français mais pas vraiment, c’est tres compliqué de communiquer, on vous envoie aussi des photo avant l’intervention de la clinique qui n’est pas du tout identique donc un conseil évitez Vanity Estetik pour toute chirurgie

United Kingdom | 21 May 2024A brand new experience for me was cosmetic surgery, especially in a different country. The thought of it was quite daunting, but after emailing a couple of clinics I decided to go with Vanity, Altunizade. I chose this clinic just because they asked for a bit of my medical history, which is quite important instead of just being given a price. I dealt with a lady on WhatsApp called Azra, with whom I corresponded about what surgery I required, prices, and reviews. This lady guided me through the process and was very friendly. I was picked up from the airport by a Vanity chauffeur (who will take you to your appointments and airport transfers). I was taken straight from the airport to get my blood test for surgery the next day. I was picked up at 7am the next day and taken to the clinic for surgery. Met my nurses and anesthesiologists, and had a consultation with the surgeon who asked what I required, and what would be best for my body type. He drew on my eyelids, breasts, and body what he intended to do in surgery. Then about 30 minutes after I was in surgery. The surgeon Dr. Mert Sizmaz, came to see me later on that evening to check everything was ok after the surgery. I stayed one night in the hospital. I found the staff from Drs, Nurses, and auxiliaries fantastic. The next day I returned to the hotel by a Vanity driver chauffeur. Vanity Clinic will still phone you and visit you whilst in the hotel. I returned to the clinic by chauffeur on the 4th day after my surgery for a check-up and to get drains removed and dressings cleaned and reapplied. On the 5th day, I got my stitches out of my eyelids Dr. Mert gave me aftercare advice on how to look after my swelling and scars. I found the Dr. to be very understanding, empathic, and knowledgeable and I hope to be having a tummy tuck with this surgeon later on this year. The next day I flew home, after a 7-night stay at Mercure Hotel. If you would like to visit Istanbul, go a few days earlier than the planned surgery.

Poland | 20 May 2024I had my rhinoplasty at the Vanity Estetik and unfortunately there are more disadvantages than advantages. 1. Communication with the clinic is tragic. Before the surgery, a customer contact person ( Zeynep K.) assured me that I wouldn't have to spend the night in the hospital after my nose operation, because - as she said - with rhinoplasty there is no such procedure I was surprised but I booked my hotel to be available from the day of my rhinoplasty. On the day of the rhinoplasty I was informed that I had to stay overnight and they wouldn't let me out earlier. Due to misinformation, I arrived to the hospital with only a bottle of water, completely unprepared for the night, because according to the information I had received, they weren't supposed to keep me overnight. 2. Already mentioned Zeynep K. gave me the wrong clinic address and on that stressful day of the rhinoplasty, I went to the wrong clinic where I found out that I should have gone to another address. Of course it drove me more stressed. 3. When I arrived at the right address, and when the inconsistencies about my staying/not staying overnight came out, İ felt broken down and very stressed out. Then instead of showing support, giving me more time, all the staff compound my stress by standing overa crying me and asking - what is your decision? - 4. On the clinic's adverts you can see that they do 3D visualisations before their patients' rhinoplasty but this is a LİE. The doctor took 4 pictures of my using his mobile phone. Then he edited those photos on his phone while consulting with me the shape of my new nose. When I asked - What about the 3D visualisation? - the doctor said it was an inaccurate method. 😑 5. The nurses don't speak English. My knowledge of Turkish language saved me, because without it I wouldn't have learned anything. After all, patients want to know how to take care of their operated parts of bodies. The receptionists speak a little English, but it's as if they don't understand what the English-speaking patients say to them (don't get the sense, meaning). I didn't feel that the clinic cared about me, that they were interested in how I felt. They answered every question I had in a very general way. İt was a horrible experience, but there is one advantage. İt's Dr Kadri İla, who listened to my advice about my new nose shape and has done it well.

France | 18 May 2024The company coordinator Cihan is the best part of this experience! Very warm, always available to answer the many questions and reassure you everything will be great. We have had some miscommunication problems...The operation was rescheduled 5 hours after without us being informed...But overall, everything went well. The nurses at the clinic were very nice and the surgeon even though not very available, is understanding and advice you on what would be best to have the optimum results. It is too early to see the results yet after 1 week, but I'm happy for now.

Germany | 18 May 2024It was an amazing experience. From my arrival until the last day dropped at the airport. I thank all the staff for being very attentive. They did not miss anything. I recommend Vanity specially the surgeon Erman Menekse. He operated on my nose. I used to have a crick nose, a problem breathing, with a very bad shape. He made it as I dreamed. Also, I was sent to Antwell Hotel where I spent my week recovering well and treated as well. Even more, I had a follow-up nurse visiting me at the hotel which made the whole experience very pleasant because I was not forgiven after my surgery. I want to thank the staff of Kerem Sacakli who made all the logistics very easy for me, and Yavuz for being there at any moment I needed him. Thanks so much. I hope you choose Vanity.
