I went to Vanity for an 'endoscopic eye brow lift' and I was very clear with Dr. ALPER BURAK USLU that I was primarily hoping the mid-brow could be lifted. From the start he spoke over me and said he would be doing a Temporal Lift which he obviously prefers to do, (it is not the same as an endoscopic lift.) He then described the procedure very briefly stating - there would be no visible scars, and after two weeks most of the swelling would be gone. I had maybe 5 minutes with him in total before my surgery, despite the fact that I had asked for a consultation in advance. UPDATE: 6 weeks post op - my results are HORRIBLE. I look like this emoji 🤨. Both of my eye lids now pull across my eyes, making them more slanted than before, and my right eye no longer closes fully, so I regularly get soap in it when I wash my face and it leaks when I look down. When I shared this with Dr. Uslu shrugged, mansplained some BS, and said it should get better eventually. In our follow up meeting, Dr.Uslu was 45 mins late and extremely rude and unprofessional. He insisted that despite the visible hole in my left temple, the persistent bunching and dents on my forehead, and the significant asymmetry of my brows, that my results were "above average." He offered ZERO hope or options in terms of revisions that could help me. The journey: At the outset I told Dr. Uslu that I had to be back at work and presentable in 3 weeks and so it was extremely important to me that this be a fairly minor procedure, with a speedy recovery. He agreed, but did add that the first week post-op “might look a little scary because the brows are set too high and then they come down.” At no point did he say - there will be huge dimples and folds on your face for months to come.' I even asked if there was anything else I should know and he said “no, it will be great, do not worry.” Post-op: I woke up from my procedure in the operating room, just after they finished. I was in 11/10 pain. It felt like my forehead was on fire. I recall begging for pain medication and shaking uncontrollably, which I assume was a combination of a reaction to the anesthesia and shock. Once I got to my room, the nurses were reluctant to give me ice despite my pleas, and it felt like a constant battle to get two ice cubes at a time to try and keep the swelling down. After a few hours my face had ballooned. The night nurse applied tape around my eyes to try and keep it from pooling around them, but it was too late. The next morning after eating nothing more than a bit of soup for the 36 hours prior, I was given just a bun with cheese (I am lactose and gluten intolerant,) then I was then sent on my way around 10am with no mention of what was under all of the tape and bandages. 5 days post-op: the initial follow up - when the tape came off I was horrified. My forehead is extremely disfigured - there are four large dimples, with large uneven folds between them. My brows are asymmetric, and my lower brow is no higher in the middle than it was before surgery, (the entire point of this for me.) My higher brow is outrageously high on the outside and pulled so tight that it is hard to close my eyes and they are blurry with tears as they are constantly watering. I can already see the strained attachments through my puffy skin already, so I imagine those will really show up when the swelling subsides. When I expressed my fear and concern to Dr.Uslu he said “I saw this coming, and that is why I warned you it could look a bit scary for the first week.” I am way beyond “a bit scary” I look like a Klingon from Star Trek. I cannot find any images online that look anywhere near as terrible as I do following this procedure. I asked the clinic to share some 1 week and 1 month photos to give me hope, but the images that were shared by the coordinator are nowhere near as bad as I look. One week post op: I have severe edema in my face and scalp. It is so full of fluid that I can squish it around and it audibly squeaks. I have been following the recovery instructions to the letter, but the swelling persists and I am losing any hope that I will be presentable within another two months, let alone another two weeks, as I explained I needed to be at the outset. I have been experiencing the most severe anxiety of my life over the last 7 days (the Dr and nurse were unsympathetic about this during my follow up,)

Ich war sehr zufrieden bei Vanity ! Das Personal war nett & meine Ansprechpartnerinnen Esra & Cagla sehr sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Im allgemeinen sollte man vorbereitet sein mit allen Fragen die man hat, damit man dann direkt alle Antworten bekommt und man ohne Fragezeichen im Kopf nach Hause gehen kann ! Meine brustvergrößerung ist super gelaufen & 2 Wochen nach der OP sehen die schon unglaublich gut aus !!

Easy process, everything taken care of. Very early days so still have some swelling which will hopefully go down within the year. I had rhinoplasty at vanity and the staff. At the hospital were very friendly and kind. Murcure Hotel is lovely.

My experience with Vanity was very positive. I was in touch with sales representative Asli first about a year before my operation. Then about 3 months prior, with my patient consultant Emel. Emel was exceptionally helpful at all times. My patient coordinator Zineb at the hospital was also very helpful being there at the admission and discharge from hospital translating and sorting out all the necessary paperwork, even fit to fly letter on my request. Another great companion was one of the 3 drivers I had Abdula who was very kind, welcoming and helpful telling me the history about Istanbul on my rides. It was like having my personal BIP guide. Really made those transfers more pleasant. They all made sure I’m comfortable, looked after and informed throughout. Now, Surgeon Kadri Ila is very experienced which was obvious from first meeting him. He was very patient with my idea of the nose and he informed of all possible options and possible results depending what would be done with my nose. We both arrived at my ideal nose and the result was exactly that! No surprises and he managed my expectations in a very professional way but at the same time he assured me of everything before operation which I really needed as this was my secondary corrective rhinoplasty. Hotel staff was also very helpful but I did have trouble with the noise of volleyball event in the dvdd wending till 10pm held there and some room renovation noise through the day too, which didn’t help when I tried resting. These things couldn’t be helped by all the vanity staff so I’m keeping 5 stars. Interestingly hotel staff also informed me that ppl staying there from vanity clinic always seem more satisfied than ppl from other clinics and they seen it all! Many ppl stayed there during my stay that had surgeries in other clinic and all I’ve heard was complaints at the breakfast chatter which only confirmed that I chose the better than most clinics. I’m overall very happy and satisfied with my experience, my aesthetic nose results and would recommend Vanity clinic to anyone that is worried about having operation abroad.

I reached out to the clinic by recommendation and they did not disappoint! The whole staff including the nurses, doctors and supervisors. I am very happy with how the journey was and how the staff of VANITY AESTHETIC was always by my side! Even in the evenings and by night my supervisor YAVUZ was available for questions and even when I returned to Germany he checked on my well-being. The experience with Dr. Buğra Ipek was better than I could imagine, he seemed to really care about my imagination of the result and after measuring my proportions we made up a plan about the result I desired. During the whole process even right before my operation the nurses, doctor and the anesthesiologist checked on me many times, also right after I felt very good and taken care of. Also the transfer and hotel visit was organised and good. The clinic by itself is very clean and pretty aesthetic by interior. Right after the operation I got medicine against nausea because I tend to feel nauseous after anesthesia and I also got the pain killers(I didn’t even have to ask them or tell them about pain) they also brought me my medication for the next days with little papers on them on which they printed the times when to take them, the exact name of the medication in English. Everything I can say is that I am very thankful for my experience with VANITY and I would fully recommend!!

My name is Danilo and i had a rhinoplasty at vanity on the 13th of April and I wasn't very happy on how they discharged me from the clinic and the way the sales cordinator handled the situation . Thankfully there is Gizem yilmaz who is my patient cordinator and absolutely turned the experience around going beyond and behind. I've contacted her several times on out of hours service and she always was so helpful professional and she answered so quickly all the time at any time which is amazing and shows how committed she is . She is a credit for this company so keep her tight.

The doctor is amazing and knows exactly what he is doing. The facilities and hotel provided are all clean and comfortable and work really well together. However- it lost a star for two important reasons. Post rhino, the nurse on duty at night ended up acting really annoyed and frustrated that I was asking for a lot of ice. I was alone and in pain. I felt like a bother and that’s not how I want to feel right after major surgery. Also, my assistant throughout the process hasn’t been as available. I have so many questions and a lot get forgotten.

Ich hatte am 10.02.24 ein Deep plane Facelift mit Lippenlift und Fettransfer. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis bisher. Mein Operateur Dr Menekse hat alles so gemacht wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Auch das ganze Drumherum, Murat, der Shuttleservice war super. Die Unterbringung im Hotel für eine Wochex war exklusiv und ausgezeichnet. Auch das Pflegepersonal war wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht. Ich empfehle Vanity jedem der etwas schönes für sich tun möchte.
