This was my first experience with Vanity - I had a breast augmentation. And I cannot be happier Why I choose Vanity: I am from Germany, and when I was searching for some good clinics or doctors and seeing the results on pictures from their work I was not satisfied at all - even I checked the neighborhood countries - Czech, Slovak - similar prices like Vanity but very bad results. So than I started to checking clinins in Turkey and I found a Vanity. I was very satisfied with photos of their work - so I decided to contact them. And I don't regret it at all. From the beginning by consulting with pacient coordinator Kerem, to driver, then sisters, doctor Erman Menekse (he did amazing job) and also pacient coordinator Gizem with who I am still in contact (always ready to help, asking how I feel, even after operation - very Very nice, friendly people. I was feeling very good in the hospital, clinic with these people. And results of my new breasts ? - just amazing, stunning .... I am very happy with Vanity and I can only recommend.

This was my second time using Vanity’s services. My experience with them has only been positive. From speaking with the consultant before my surgery, the care of the nurses throughout the stay, the after care and check ups after the surgery. All my questions and inquiries were answered quickly and descriptively throughout. On the day of surgery Dr. Semih was great, putting ease to my mind while being honest and real of what was possible in order to achieve my wishes. I would use their services again should I need it

I was very nervous on attending the clinic but the amazing staff soon put my mind at rest. Answered all my questionss no matter how silly I thought they were. Quick to respond and always reassuring me. My surgeon was incredible and honest with my results and easy to communicate with. My Co ordinator Umut was always on hand to help with anything I needed and organised my transport to and from the clinic. He will be missed. All in all I'm over the moon with how well I was supported and cared for and the results are just astounding. Really given me my confidence back. Thank you 😊 xx

I chose vanity based on 2 recommendations for the same procedure both with great results. I went for abdominal plasty with Dr Bugra ipek Who I would highly recommend. Gizem was my co-ordinator who was extremely knowledgeable especially with what foods to eat after surgery and aftercare and I always received a prompt response. Be prepared for a slight language barrier with nurses and taxi drivers if you are are first up but be rest assured your surgeons and co-ordinator will speak full English and ensure you feel fully reassured before your operation. The hotel was lovely and comfortable, transport no issues or long waits. And they provided garment and 2 nights hospital stay. I was extremely nervous traveling abroad for surgery however I am so pleased I did as I find dr burga’s work to be better than some I’ve seen in the U.K. and I was happy with my aftercare from nurses while in hospital.

Great client care, I never felt alone , from the moment I was picked up from airport, I didn’t have to wait a second to be escorted to hotel by vanity driver, I was very nervous about what the standard of care would be like , but the team made me feel at ease immediately. I booked the procedure through Zeynup Kampuchea and I was then contacted by patient co ordinator Gizem yilmaz, who guided me through the next day, my surgery. No question felt stupid to ask her following my surgery particularly on day 3, when I felt worried about the pain and swelling. They all really seemed to care. The surgeon and booking coordinator Zeynup was also very diligent when I told them I had a minor heart condition and made sure I saw a cardiologist and could recover over night in hospital. I never had to travel alone as a car was always available and even though was scared at times during my recovery Gizem assured me things were normal and progressing okay and seemed knowledgable about everything I asked. Their response time is brilliant ! I gave Dr Alper very limited guidance re what I wanted because I liked his work enough to know he would do a good job and he looked at my nose immediately and made his suggestions so I trusted him . I would honestly go back to vanity for any procedure. The hotel was also lovely, the staff obviously are used to looking after guests who have had procedures. You never feel judged only looked after. Both Nadin and Dr. Çagatay were kind and welcoming from the beginning. They ran me through everything and explained the details of the operation and the recovery. I felt really safe and followed, even for the smallest questions. Thank you again, definitely recommend the clinic. :)

My experience at Vanity clinic was excellent! I was a little hesitant to travel from USA and have my procedures done but the staff were very informative and attentive to my questions and concerns. The doctors did a fantastic job.As stated, I am from USA, and I would definitely go back if more work was desired. Thank you everyone at Vanity clinic for everything.

The main reassurance I had leading up to and after my surgery was Umut. He was so helpful, hard working, reassuring and interactive with my process and a genuine lovely person all around. I wanted to leave a note of appreciation as I have had a very hard rhinoplasty journey with a lot of stress and complications after my initial surgery with Vanity leading to 10 months after I had a small procedure to smooth things out as I had a large unknown lump on one side of my bridge. It had stressed me so much as I was bullied in school and work because of it it looked strange it was very raised and ruined my mental health. Hopefully this time I will recover with no issues but thank you again Umut for your time and attention, keep up the great work! Regards M

Burun ameliyatım Dr. Kadri İla tarafından Vanity Çengelköy hastanesinde yapıldı. Sürecin başından sonuna kadar tüm personeller çok ilgiliydi. Kadri hoca zaten çok iyi bir hekim. Çok güzel oldu burnum ve neredeyse sıfır morarmayla. Satış, deneyim, sağlık ekipleri, başından sonuna kadar benimle ilgilenen herkes hemen her gün, her saatte sorularıma dönüş yaptılar. Neredeyse 15 yıldır burun estetiği olmak istiyordum instagramda tesadüfen karşıma çıktı ve çok iyi araştırma sonucumda Dr. Erman beyi gördüm ve onda ameliyat olmak istedim. Vanıty tüm süreçte çok ilgilendi. I had a nose job and im very happy till now. its been a month since the operation:) Thanks to the staff for always being there if i have question!!!

Most of all I’m really disappointed with the results and I feel as though I’ve wasted money. I had bbl and chin liposuction done. I am almost where I was before because my bum still looks wrong with flat and noticeable areas 🙁 I sent the photos to the designated coordinator (who by the way wasn’t even available for support during my treatment stay, but was really fast and pushy to ask for a good review) I have waited for few weeks now for the swelling to go down and to see if it’s gotten better, but it hasn’t. Result, my bum looks botched and uneven, it looks the same if not even worse than it did before. It’s far from plump and round bbl bum. IT LOOKS AWFUL! Chin liposuction it has minimal to no visible changes. For BBL I will have to get another surgery to fix this. As for the overall experience there. Consultation with the surgeon seemed rushed and and really awkward. I felt like he kept trying to sell additional treatments instead of properly discussing the treatments I had requested and purchased already. What was discussed and agreed during the consultation is not visible now on my body. My hospital room was next to a smoking area. After surgery, I’m already in pain and struggling to sleep or be comfortable because I’m all swollen and in pain and need to lay in my front. Being kept awake when in pain by loud voices was awful. I was wondering all night why do I hear loud voices constantly. The next morning when I started to walk I opened the window just to let in some daylight in the room and have a look outside. I was met by a man’s face staring at me with a cigarette in his mouth. So I closed the blinds, but I could see and hear people going there constantly for smoking. The same with my hotel room on first floor, it’s facing the hospital next door and the are where people are constantly going outside smoking, so I couldn’t open the window for fresh air and even with the window closed I could still hear people talking loudly all of the time. It’s not ideal for someone recovering. ❤️‍🩹 After my surgery as well I had to ask a nurse 3/4 times for a pillow. They kept saying they would bring one and only like 2h later I got one. After the surgery when they send you back To the hotel, they give you a Note and expect you to Go to the pharmacy by yourself to buy the prescriptions and painkillers, it’s completely outrageous. Overall I didn’t feel particularly cared for or important and most of all, the results! It’s been a complete waste of my money! UPDATE: Hospital replied saying they will reach out, but they never did. Really unhappy with the botched results! Baiba O

Ein super Team, alle Mega nett, sehr bemüht das es einem gut geht und einem an nichts fehlt. Es fing schon in Deutschland an, ich hab über 6Monate vorher mein Termin für die OP gemacht, ich hatte tausend fragen und das immer und immer wieder und da hat mir die Arzu auch immer mega gut geholfen und war immer für mich erreichbar, sogar in Ihrem Urlaub 🙈 Das würde kein anderer machen. Als ich dann vor Ort war, wurde ich Mega gut aufgenommen, alles rief reibungslos und ich wurde so gut von allem behandelt als wäre man ein Star. Ich hatte dann im Krankenhaus die Esra an meiner Seite und ich hab mich direkt super wohl gefühlt, sie ist so eine liebe Person, sie wollte immer nur das beste für mich. Die Op verlief super und auch im Krankenhaus waren alle mega nett und haben immer geschaut das es mir gut geht und mir an nichts fehlt. Ich bin nach der Op für 5 Tage weiter nach Taksim Urlaub machen und ich bin jeden Tag mit der lieben Esra in Kontakt, weil sie mich immer fragt wie es mir geht. Auch weiterhin hab ich fragen 🙈 und sie ist immer für mich da. Ich bin dem ganzen Team von Vanity so dankbar für alles, ich werde das niemals vergessen wie gut sie mich behandelt haben. Ich werde meine Esra echt vermissen, aber ich denke ich komme wieder für was anderes machen lassen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles Vanity vor allem an Arzu und Esra ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Wenn ihr was machen lassen wollt, dann empfehle ich euch von Herzen Vanity, die legen einen nicht rein und man kann Ihnen zu 1000000% vertrauen.
