Gizem and Doctor Alper were amazing, 5 stars. One of the nurses looking after me needed empathy training. Many of the people coming to you don't speak Turkish and are travelling alone for a major operation. Some empathy/English training for all your staff would be great

As this was the first time having Plastic surgery done, I was incredible nervous, researching where to go in Istanbul can be difficult and overwhelming as where to even start? Luckily I was recommended Vanity by someone who had been and had a good experience overall. Surgeon Dr Alper Burak Uslu was a 10/10, he listened to me, my wants and helped me get the result of my dreams. He is a caring and talented Surgeon. The helpers (patient coordinators) like Selvi & Yavuz were brilliant and very responsive. The nurses very caring, remember though there is a language barrier if you do not speak the native tongue you can use translator. The hotel is lovely and the breakfast buffet very good, the aftercare could do with improvement in general. But all in all I would recommend.

I got a breast reduction done at vanity by Dr. Bugra & my coordinator was Gizem. She was amazing and I don’t know where to start. She made me & my mom feel so welcome, she greeted us and took us to the floor where I had to change and get ready for the operation. She explained everything so well and made me feel at ease. She was very warm and close to the heart, she answered every question or concern we had. After the surgery, she took care of all my cream and gave me them in a bag, as well as explained how to use them. She was so great my experience was perfect.

Price quality ratio was very good. The staff was involved and answered all my questions. I was satisfied with the experience.

I had surgery at the end of February. Everything was seamless including transfers, the hotel and the hospital experience

From initially finding out about vanity, they got in touch straight away and provided all the info I needed. Once I’d made my decision the coordinator was always there to answer any questions I had. It was so straight forward and made me at ease. Everything was booked and included transfers, pick ups, hotel, I couldn’t have asked for more. Since arriving I haven’t had to think of anything, all organised ! The day of surgery I was collected on time, I was seen to so quickly and was provided a lovely private room with bathroom and sofa room for a companion. My surgeon was super informative and my surgery was done within 2 hours ! In the meantime my coordinators kept in touch to see how I was and even came to visit me whilst there. The hospital is exceptionally clean and so organised . I would 100% recommend if anyone is thinking of surgery here. My surgeon is Dr Erman My coordinator is Gizem Yilmaz Excellent !!!!!!

I had a great experience with Vanity. I had Gynecomastia surgery after the NHS botched my first surgery. I had lots of sagging skin & lots of breast tissue left over. My nipples were left half way down my body. Vanity done an amazing job with my Gynecomastia surgery. I also had my nipples repositioned & they look absolutely fantastic. Vanity corrected my botched NHS surgery & have made me smile again after many years of being depressed. My chest looks brilliant & I can’t wait until everything fully heals so I can finally remove my t shirt without feeling self conscious. THANK YOU!!!!

From the moment we got to the airport until the moment we returned to the airport, The service is five stars. My coordinator Yavuz is so sweet and so responsive to any questions I had before, during, after surgery. He is amazing. He has been the bridge between me and my doctor and always ready to help. I love him. Vanity is an amazing place. The nurses are so sweet and so ready to help and be there for you. Dr Bugra Ipek he is fluent in English and an amazing doctor. He explained everything before the surgery and he checked on me every day after. Now here what you don’t read in any reviews normally. The first two days were hell on earth the pain was unbelievable and the garment you wake up wearing is so tight that you feel you can’t breathe, the pain does subside and you get used to the garment. Now, two weeks later, I am still swollen and have pains all over. The pain that I endured the first week is like nothing I went through before even though I have amazing results. If I knew how much pain I was gonna go through I would probably would not chose to do this .

Ich wurde vor einer Woche von Dr. Erman Menekse operiert. Meine Nase wurde korrigiert und ich bin happy mit dem Ergebnis, auch wenn es noch angeschwollen ist derzeit. Der Ablauf dieser Klinik ist perfekt. Murat war deutscher Ansprechpartner und bei den Gesprächen mit dem Arzt dabei. Die Schwestern waren sehr lieb, der Arzt hat sich super viel Zeit genommen und auch der Transfer war immer pünktlich. Das Hotel war auch super. Ich kann die Klinik nur empfehlen. Zudem kommt, dass das Krankenhaus sehr sauber und gemütlich war nicht typisch Krankenhaus.

Living a nightmare after my operation here. I had a BBL but my body got marked from the cut and got long stitches all over. Left with loose skin and cellulite. To fix the problem would cost a lot of money but have lost all my confidence. Avoid at all costs.

My experience with Vanity clinic was wonderful. My flight was late but still had a friendly face waiting for me at the airport. My designated coordinator was fantastic gave me the right support in all process. Very nice people at the hotel, they even call me just to ask, if everything as okay with me. The nurse constantly keeping an eye on me. The assistants from the kitchen brought me some healthy food to keep me strong. Dr Mert totally catch without I even tell him… and choose the best prótese size according my body and personality. Still in recovery but very happy and grateful by choosing this clinic. Durch eine Empfehlung habe ich mich für meine Bruststraffung und -vergrößerung für vanity estetic entschieden. Es war für mich die beste Klinik. Vielen Dank an den Arzt Dr. Fatih Algan, an alle Krankenschwestern und Koordinatoren. Es lief vom Transfer bis zur letzten Kontrolle alles perfekt ab. In der Klinik fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben.

Gynecomastia Surgery Staff - Initially a gentleman named Kerem messaged me on WhatsApp, very professional and friendly. Prompt replies even out of hours. Exactly what you’d want when discussing a possible surgery you may be nervous about. Deserves credit! Sorted everything out with ease, helped with my flights, always patient and never rushed me around my work. Top guy Next up, Patient Co-ordinator Yavuz. Very friendly and professional, messages me frequently regarding my recovery. Very genuine and caring member of staff. Seems to message because he genuinely cares of my recovery, which is amazing. Deserves credit! All the nurses and receptionists, all so polite and friendly. Very smiley and happy to see me. I dropped my debit card and someone chased me to hand it back. Very honest staff! I wish I asked for some names to add to my review, but all were great! Even provided me breakfast and lunch after surgery! Which was really nice food also! Learn some Turkish like ‘thank you’ or ‘hello’ it does really go a long way I found. Surgery - My surgery was Gynecomastia, so cannot speak on other surgery. I was a little skeptical with the £400 deposit upfront. However in the UK, I would pay a deposit for dentist etc. So it makes sense. I’d imagine a lot of people cancel or get nervous of surgery and don’t show up. The deposit does make sense. Surgery went well, very clean environment. Was provided medication and prescription. I was a bit nervous about the whole surgery, however after the anaesthesia hit me I was out. Woke up and the surgery had already been done. No memory of anything was amazing. Bandaged up with a vest provided. Dr Bugra Ipek My surgeon, very knowledgeable and polite. Fully removed my glands in whole, very professional as some surgeons cut the gland into pieces. A good surgeon removes the gland in one! Again, I can only comment on my experience with Gyno Surgery. However seemed very experienced. Surgery was a success and I’m 100% glad I went to Vanity. Didn’t ask for any payment of sort until 5 minutes before my actual surgery. The level of care is exceptional. Very pleased with how everything went. Transportation - The roads in Istanbul are crazy, nothing like UK! Promptly picked me up on time, always happy and smiling to see me. Couldn’t fault it, spacious clean taxis with free wifi. Always carried my bags for me, no questions asked - great service. Offered to put windows down, aircon etc. genuinely really friendly taxi drivers. Very skilled drivers in Istanbul. Fully takes the stress away, knowing they have many taxi drivers and cabs. Imagine it would be a nightmare trying to book my own taxis. Hotel - The hotel was great, very clean and spacious room. All staff very polite and helpful. You can choose whether to get your room cleaned each day, which I thought was a nice touch. As I used ‘do not disturb’ button so I could sleep in after surgery. Bed was huge and comfy, bathroom had a spacious walk in shower. Honestly hotel was spot on, couldn’t ask for much more. Room service a tad expensive (but food worth it) huge portions. Very nice restaurants that are local. I mixed it up with room service some nights and ate out other nights. Clean bedding and towels, bottles of water provided for free. The maids/staff were always happy to help and make conversation. Overall - Overall I’m really pleased. Can’t fault anything, exceeded my expectations. Remember, when it comes to reviews, people are always quick to leave bad reviews for the smallest of reasons. When we’ve had exceptional service we’re happy with, we tend not to go out of our way and 5* review. We just tip or say thank you.. working in customer service years ago taught me this. That’s my honest review of the full week with Vanity, overall 5*. Hotel food pricy, however you’re in a fancy hotel, is expected (and breakfast is free) but I can’t get out of bed before 9:30am, so is my own fault :D

Everyone was really friendly and helpful! I had my surgery and everthing went well. They were always with me or i could contact someone and talk to somebody in my nativ language. Really professionell, i would recomend it!
