Bir cok endiselerimden gerek doktorlarim, Alper ve ve Ramazan bey, gerek onlarin ekipler, beni karsilayan bu surecte hic yanliz birakmayan, Emin bey ve 7/24 bana surekli bilgi veren Murat bey. Tum endiselerimin yersiz oldugunu gosterdi. Sorunsuz bir surec gecirdim, hepinize ayri ayri tesekkur ederim. Ihtiyacim oldugu sure yine Vanity sececegim tekrar tesekkurler ,iyi calismalar dilerim.

I traveled alone in February 2024 to vanity central hospital. For my surgery butt implants. Everything was arranged perfectly with communication over WhatsApp chat and also WhatsApp call. I arrived at the airport and a vanity transfer can was waiting for me. I was taken to a private hospital for some blood tests and tenge driver was very kind carried my bags and sat with me while I had my bloods taken. I was then taken to Antwell hotel which is brand new and beautiful with 24 hour room service. The next day I was collected and taken to vanity hospital here I met with doctor Semih Yildiz, he was very good at explaining everything and I felt very comfortable and confident in his ability, having just completed a research degree, I did a lot of research for many hospitals and vanity and it’s Surgeons came out on top. The nurses at the hospital were very kind to me and I felt safe and comfortable. I am so happy with my results and would highly recommend vanity!

Overall experience of Vanity is positive. On the whole a little impersonal but for me that worked fine. My surgeon was excellent and I am very pleased with the results (I had a breast lift with implants). My patient coordinator (Umut) was great and very informative - he guided me through the process on the day of surgery and made me feel at ease. My day nurse was lovely and spoke English well however the nightshift nurse was very rude and spoke little English, she refused to help me out of bed in the middle of the night when I wasn’t able to pull myself up (having just had surgery) and used google translator to tell me I should learn how to do these things alone. The drivers were also great and very helpful, So overall a positive experience but the night nurse let things down for me.

I had a really good experience with vanity. All the staff are so welcoming and polite, they couldn’t do enough for you. They made myself and my partner feel so comfortable. My surgeon was amazing, he made me feel at such ease. The whole team at vanity are so lovely, even the team down in the operating room, they were all happy with great energy! The contact is great, updates and texts about times and for help was spot on. Overall my experience was great, I’d highly recommend! Thank you again, Samuel!

everything went fast and really good. It was my second Surgery.

The hospital is very clean and tidy the staff are so friendly and polite. Even though Turkish isn’t a language that I know it was never an akward moment or language barrier problems at all. My coordinator Umut is such a lovely guy kept me informed every step of the way he gave me everything in advance so was prepared I had no problems my check up, it was just smooth as the day of my operation.He even came back to see me after my Op and that was in the night I appreciate him so much. As for my doctor he’s just straight to the point he’s very helpful before seeing him i went by his work I saw on social media and I can say his work is for sure a 10/10 and it’s only day 7 so imagine once I’ve fully healed. Overall all the staff from Vanity o came into any contact with was very friendly helpful polite. I would like to say thanks for the professional customer service and care I received it was 10/10.

All in all a great experience. From planning the Surgery to the final result I am completely pleased. You get 24/7 assistance and the clinic is clean and professional. Will be coming back!

Ich hatte eine bauchstraffung und bin sehr zufrieden.Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.Der Arzt und die Pflegerinnen waren super nett und sehr kompetent.Und Esra die sich um alles organisatorische gekümmert hat war auch sehr nett und kompetent,ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.Ich kann diese Klinik nur weiter empfehlen.

From the time we arrived, to when it was time to go home and everything in between the Vanity Team was amazing. Great communication with pre op procedures, the procedure process, recovery, follow up with constant support.

Merhabalar.. 15 Ocak 2023 tarihinde ameliyat oldum Dr. kadırila beyden. Yavuz bey bana eşlik etti bu ameliyat sürecinde bazı zamanlarda ise Ceren hanım. Aslında her şey gayet güzeldi en başlarda, gayet iyi davranıldı ben ödememi sorunsuz ve aksatmadan yaptım istenilen şekilde ve sonunda ameliyat günü geldi ve bitti gitti şükürler olsun. 6 ay sonra tekrar iletişime geçtim bir sorun yoktu fakat anlayamadığım bir şekilde 6.aydan sonra ben defalarca aradım yavuz beyi, Ceren hanımı hep aksattılar mesajlarıma ve aramalarıma kimse cevap vermedi hastaneyi bile aradım. Ben sadece hastanenizde ameliyat oldum ve kontrole bile gelemedim yurtdışında çalıştığım ve yaşadığım için ve bunu özellikle de söyledim, belirttim. (Türkiyeye geldiğim zamanlarda veya dilediğim zamanlarda doktora ulaşmamın çok kolay olduğunda söylenmişti.) Ve doktor ile görüşmek zaten mümkün değil maalesef çünkü kimse yardımcı olmadı doktor beye ulaşmam için ve benim bazı sorularım olacaktı ki ben ameliyattan çıktığım da burnum çok çok ciddi bir şekilde ve farkedilecek şekilde yamuktu ve bana bunun masaj yaparak geçeceğini dikişler vs olduğunu söylediler öyle öyle 6. Ay bitti maalesef aynı, 9. Ay bitti aynı ve aradan koskoca 1,5 sene geçti yine aynı benim burnum. Maalesef ben bu tomar tomar parayı yamuk bir burun için yaptırmışım. En son burnumun fotoğraflarını attım Ceren hanıma yavuz beye bana tamam tamam dediler doktor ile konuşacağız dediler ama ne arayan, mesaj atan nede geri dönüş yapan. En son revizyon işlemi düşündüm o yüzden yazdım ama yine cevap alamadım. Yazıklar olsun demek ki siz sadece satış odaklı çalışıyormuşsunuz müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı değil ve müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır. Revizyon için asla sizi tercih etmeyeceğim ve ayrıca asla önerebileceğim bir hastane değilsiniz bunu bütün kalbimle söyleyebilirim. Teşekkürler VANITY 👎

Hatte eine Brustvergrößerung + Straffung bei Dr. Menekşe. Alles war von Anfang (Dilek) bis Ende ( Murat)gut durchgeplant, deutschsprachiger Übersetzer vor Ort, fast alle sehr freundlich! Einziger Kritikpunkt.. hätte gerne nicht nur eine Nachsorge gehabt. So fürs Gefühl :) Bin jetzt zwei Wochen nach postop und habe keinerlei Beschwerden!

Was skeptical about going abroad for treatment but ended up making the right decision. Vanity sorted out everything from stay and transport. They responded in acceptable time to any queries and offered assistance where possible. If you’re debating to have whatever surgery you need, vanity will take care of you.

I came to Vanity cosmetic surgery all the way from London, and I had a great experience! I had a breast reduction with Dr Fatih and he gave me amazing results, I am very grateful. I’m addition to this, I had great care coordinators to help me which and included Azra and Gizem, they are both very lovely and helpful and aided me in my experience as a whole. The hotel that was included was also great: the mercurie hotel. I would definitely recomend!

Doktorum gerçekten beni anlayıp isteklerim doğrultusunda harika bir işlem gerçekleştirdi. 1 gece hastanede kaldığımda gerçekten herşey kusursuz ve profesyonelce düşünülmüş uyguladıkları tedaviler sayesinde ağrılarım beni çok etkilemedi. Hafif bir şekilde süreci geçirdim.
