The watch I chose was out of stock but I was contacted very quickly and was provided with a few options on how to proceed. I chose a replacement watch which was processed very quickly and I received it 4 days before the expected delivery date. I'm very pleased with the way my order was handled.

I placed the order and the product was shipped out super fast, I was blown away when it reached my door before I could even think, "hmm where's my package?" The watch was packaged up in a beautiful box, on a little pouch. As soon as I opened it up, I was temporarily in shock by just how stunning the watch was in person. The photographs on the website are great, but the physical products beauty just cannot be perfectly captured in a photo. The blue clock face looked like the ocean trapped under glass. The crystals sparkled like stars that had been taken out of the sky. The copper complimented everything beautiful and tied the whole piece together. Easily adjustable, i got it to fit perfectly. Now I'm constantly wearing shorter sleeves just to try and showcase the watch to everyone who can see it.

The watch is great- bought for our granddaughter. What surprised us was that the watch actually cost less than the total for tax and shipping and the explanation we received was not totally understood. We were also surprised that it was shipped from HK.
