UPDATE 22.10.2019 I wanted to update readers on my experience with Obaku. Following a dialogue with Tom Senasi a representative of the watchmaker and after listening to my experience, I was offered a watch of my choice from the entire range of Obaku watches. I chose the 'Torden Ocean' which I received from Tom only a couple of days after making my choice. Tom also arranged for my old watch to be returned for investigation to aid improvements going forward. I will say, I am absolutely delighted with my 'Torden Ocean' it is a beautiful, stylish time piece, so thank you Obaku for still caring about me over two years down the line. I feel it is important to tell the whole story here and I feel a good way to judge a companies customer service is when things have gone wrong and that is why I feel I can raise my rating to 5 stars. Tom and Obaku did not quibble over the detail of my experience but instead looked to turn my poor experience into a good one by taking action So thank you Tom and Obaku, your gesture and action and professionalism is very much appreciated. .

I have recently been in touch with OBAKU to provide me with a repair to a broken watch strap to my lovely designer watch I bought in Italy last \October. They could not have been more helpful and without any fuss they sent me a replacement strap so that I could have a jeweller in my town fix it on as it was a very special fitting.. They were most considerate and efficient with my request, The item was posted from Denmark in a couple of days. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Many good wishes

I like Obaku of its design which fit perfectly on my wrist. The design of Obaku is simple but stands for the test of time. It is also in reasonable and affortable price.

Obaku watch is durable and good design. I wore the V163 watch with mesh band for over 1 year, its condition is still good. It is almost like wearing a new watch.
