The reason why I took off one star is because I wish I had a confirmation of the order and the receipt by e-mail. I only received an email from FedEx few days later to track the delivery. Also, It would be nice to rearrange the "sorting by price" option on the website with the actual prices and not first by collection and then by price. I was looking for a watch that was on sale and I couldn't find it easily. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the watches I received, they are very pretty and good quality. I already recommended Obaku to my friends !

An elegant design with excellent materials. This is my second Obaku watch, having bought my first two years ago. This time I went for Toft Moon, a simple white face on a black leather strap. I was tempted by several other styles but preferred to stay classic. I very much like the gold details of the name and numerals. The size ,40mm is a perfect fit . I particular like the mineral glass finish.I only have the watch a few days but am exceptionally happy with it. Many thanks to the design and manufacture team.

Watch received in mint condition and quit fast delivery. This charcoal watch is for a xmas gift for my 24 years old daughter. She already received a Obaku watch 5 years ago. She always like it by is quality and design. It is why she which to have a second different one. Note that when I receive my order, you delivered a second one. I am very very disappointed in this watch. Loved the design. Ladies watch with neat gold surround, and narrow black leather strap. If I could post a photo I would. But ... a few weeks after purchase, both tiny leather keeper loops broke off the band, and the band cracked where the buckle went through it. This made the watch unwearable and therefore useless. Neither Obaku nor Prouds (Nelson Bay, Australia), where I bought the watch would do anything under warranty. The band is such an unusual design, cannot be replaced by an ordinary band. I am not prepared to pay for a replacement band which might only last a few weeks. After 2 years of being annoyed, it's going in the bin.
